LEGO Pirates of the Caribbean The Silent Mary (71042) Box Art Images

It looks like there are box art images of the upcoming LEGO Pirates of the Caribbean The Silent Mary (71042) courtesy of Minifigure Price Guide. The image is kind of dark but you can still see that the design of it is ominous and the ship is based on the new one captained by Armando Salazar in Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales. You can check out more images of the set over in the announcement post. The Silent Mary will be availableicon for VIP members starting on March 17 and April 1 for the general public and will retail for $199.99.

I wonder if they re-do the boxes since Ive seen just yesterday a new movie trailer and it no longer says “Dead Mean Tell no Tales” – but “Salazar’s Revenge:.. If they keep this it might gain xtra value due to misinterpreted movie title. 🙂

Its apparently ‘Dead Men Tell No Tales’ in the US and a few other places, but ‘Salazar’s Revenge’ elsewhere.

    • Guyon van Oers

The movie has 3 different titles: dead men tell no tales, salazar’s revenge and the revenge of salazar. Wich of these titles is used depends on wich country you live in

ooooh… so the undead shark does come in this set.
    thought it should.

I’ve got a zombie Geonosian, two of the zombie Minecrafters (with plans to pick up the third), a zom-bee, zombie Amy Farrah Fowler (the actress is a vocal anti-vaxer, so it stands to reason that she’d be one of the first to fall in a zombie epidemic), all of the PotC3 zombie pirates, a pair of zombie clowns, and a Zombie-Head-On-A-Stick (you know you want one!). I suppose I’ll just have to add a zombie shark to my growing “hunger of zombies”.

if only the lego 2015 manager meeting figure wasn’t so expensive, you could add the zombie lego employee minifigure to the list.
