We’ve just gotten over the holiday season but Brickset has already posted an image of this year’s exclusive LEGO Seasonal set. The 2016 Christmas Ornament (40223) features Santa and Christmas tree in a container with a little house build below it sort of like a snowglobe. This looks to be one of the coolest looking Seasonal set so far. It’ll most likely be available either in October or November when the holiday promotions start. Thanks to BB8fan for the email.

seems a bit early, but it looks great!
I agree on both counts.
8×8 clear radar dish? I need eight. Right now. To upgrade the skylights on my LEGO Store.
Are those white 1×1 round tiles supposed to be floating in mid-air in that picture?
I’ve had a thought on this. It’d help to see pictures taken from more angles to be able to compare them with each other, but are those even elements? The easiest way to achieve that look is with decorated clear panels, since that’s the only way to keep the round tiles “suspended” like that. Well, unless you want to glue and seal the model so you can fill it with some sort of liquid like a real snowglobe.
Is that supposed to be a door between the two torches, and is that a new piece?
It is a door but it does not open. It’s been in a few sets before. http://brickset.com/sets/containing-part-4624507
