LEGO Star Wars: Chonicles of the Force

Last year, I reported on a new LEGO DK book coming out this year called LEGO Star Wars: Chronicles of the Force and now the final cover has been revealed as well as the exclusive minifigure that will be included which is The Force Awakens Unkar’s Brute. If you don’t remember when he appeared in the film, check out the spoilers below.

[su_spoiler title=”Spoilers”] When Rey was selling her scraps to Unkar, he was interested in buying BB-8 for 60 food portions but she declines. After that, Unkar calls on this thugs to follow Rey and to steal BB-8. He appears right after when Finn arrives at the Niima Outpost. [/su_spoiler]

This seems like a bit of a step-down from Proto-Fett.

They couldn’t do Old Luke? I reeeeeeeeeeeeeallly hope he doesn’t turn out to be a “free with $75 purchase” exclusive.

I’m disappointed in the minifigure because it’s a TFA figure, and me being one of the few that did not like the movie, I have no interest in getting any of the sets.

Still, like the book with the yellow Tatooine Luke, I will buy the book because I enjoy the pictures and reading about the sets.

Guess the minifig can be used as background character in some other build.

I feel this will be a more popular figure for non-Star Wars fans because he looks like a cool zombie, but I have no clue who he is.

The Anti-Monitor – You better hope Old Luke is a free with $75 purchase. not a chance in the world Old Luke was going to show up in a $20 book… cmon! $100 and up for a set with Ep. 8 Luke, I’ll bet my life on that.
