Earlier today, I’ve received an email from a reader named Gonzalo who sent me images of the first building set polybag for LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens, the First Order Special Forces TIE Fighter (30276). There was no mentioning of where it came from, where it will be available at, or the price of it (if any).
There is also another The Force Awakens LEGO polybag with the C-3PO (5002948) minifigure polybag which I believe will be available in November at Toys R Us with a purchase.

Neat! There’s gonna be three more polybags- one for the Troop Transport,
one for the Kylo Ren shuttle, and one that’s either the X-Wing or
Falcon (I think the X-Wing).
Cool! Can’t wait to see them too.
Surely I cannot be alone in being rather underwhelmed by ALL of these Lego Star Wars products? Hoping Lego is keeping its powder dry for a truly impressive UCS release…
Dam Lego has had to raise ALl the prices cause of Disney! can u belive this?!? 20$ for Reys speeder? 40$ for the snowspeeder?!?!? Outragous!
If you buy the Daily Mail (90p) on Sat 14 Nov, you’ll find a voucher inside for a free Star Wars Lego toy to be redeemed on the same day. It’s a small 41-piece set, allowing you to build a ‘First Order Special Forces TIE Fighter’ (model number 30276). We’ve seen the same kit for £5ish online.
How to get it
In England, Scotland and Wales, show the voucher at a WHSmith* (high street branches, not stations/airports) before closing on Sat 14 Nov. In Northern Ireland, you can collect the toy from Eason stores.
However, it’s a “while stocks last” situation – so try to get there early in the day to avoid missing out. We’ve been told there’ll initially be 250,000 available.
If you’ve two kids both wanting the toy, you can get two vouchers by buying two papers – but the freebie’s limited to one per person, so you might have to send someone else to pick one up.
