LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2017 Rumored Set Names and More Details

LEGO Marvel's Avengers Video Game - Ms. Marvel (Kamala Khan)

For the past few months, I’ve been reporting on some of the LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2017 sets and now there are even more details about some of the rumored set that will be coming next year. Amazingbricks over on Eurobricks has produced some set names which came from Brickset for the two of the sets as well as some additional info:

Captain America Jet Pursuit (76076) – Includes Steve Rogers Captain America, Ms. Marvel (Kamala Khan), and Super Adaptoid.

Iron Man: Detroit Steel Strikes (76077) – Includes Agent Coulson with Lola, an “All-New, All-Different” Invincible Iron Man armor with his helmet from the Mighty Micros Iron Man vs Thanos (76072) set, and a brick-built Detroit Steel.

Furthermore, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 will be released in theaters in May 2017 and supposedly there will be three LEGO Marvel Super Heroes sets to accompany the movie which really isn’t a surprise.

Of course, we also have the Hulk vs. Red Hulk (76078) set as well as the three 2017 Marvel Mighty Micros sets coming in 2017 as well so everyone has a lot to look forward to next yeear. Now we just need the official images of some of these sets and we’ll be good.

Thanks to Ethan L. for emailing in this info as I haven’t had much time to go on EB lately.

LEGO Ideas Supporter Milestones Changes Announced

Earlier today, the LEGO Ideas team announced some changes and updates to the platform. The most notable change is the one regarding the amount of days you get to achieve a certain amount of supporters. With the change, new Ideas projects will now only have 60 days to reach 100 supporters and after that, they will get a year more time. The current six month boosts at 1,000 supporters and 5,000 supporters will remain the same. Also, existing projects with less than 100 supporters will have their times adjusted to 60 as well. This change affected about 58% of the all the active projects.

This change obviously will clean up the site a bit more and will help weed out more projects that are just posted on there just because. This also means that people will have to think of other ideas of how to promote their projects. You can check out all new changes and updates to LEGO Ideas in the link above.
