LEGO Seasonal Christmas Toy Soldier Ornament (5004420) Official Images

LEGO Seasonal Christmas Toy Soldier Ornament (5004420)

There are now official images of the LEGO Seasonal Christmas Toy Soldier Ornament (5004420) that have been uploaded to LEGO’s servers. We first saw an image of it a few months ago but didn’t know how to acquire it until the November 2016 LEGO Store Calendar was revealed. You can get it next starting November 1 at LEGO Brand Stores and on Shop@Home with purchases of $50 or more, while supplies last.

LEGO continues the tradition of releasing these ornaments as a promotional gift for 2016. In 2014, they released the Train (5002813) while 2015 had the Christmas Tree (5003083). Both of the previous sets had exclusive printed tiles of the years. The official images for the Toy Soldier doesn’t show a tile for 2016 but hopefully, it’ll be on the back of the build which we can’t see at the moment.

Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment has released another video in their LEGO Dimensions “Meet That Hero” series. In this video, it features Marceline from her Adventure Time Fun Pack (71285) and Gizmo and Stripe from the Gremlins Team Pack (71256). Marceline tells us about the three rules for Gizmo which you should know if you’ve seen the movies.

The Gremlins Team Pack also includes Gizmo’s R.C. Racer and the Flash ‘n’ Finish camera. The expansion packs along with the other ones in Wave 7 will be available on November 18.

LEGO ReBrick Modular Building Contest

If you want to be one of the first people to own the 10th anniversary modular set with the LEGO Creator Assembly Square (10255), LEGO ReBrick has announced a new building contest for a chance to win one. From now until November 29, 2016, expand your favorite modular building by building a new room for it. If you don’t own the modular building you want to build for, don’t fret because you don’t actually have to own the set. You just have to state in the description of which building you’re creating the interior for.

For being the grand prize winner, LEGO has provided some very nice sets as prizes. On top of the 10th anniversary Assembly Square (10255), you’ll also be getting the Pet Shop (10218), Parisian Restaurant (10243), Detective’s Office (10246), Palace Cinema (10232), and the Brick Bank (10251). That’s right! One winner will be getting a total of six sets for creating the best interior for a modular building. Check out the full rules in the link above.

LEGO Marvel Super Heroes Doctor Strange Movie Poster

LEGO Marvel Super Heroes Doctor Strange

Earlier today, LEGO posted a poster of the first Doctor Strange movie poster but in LEGO form as they usually do. The poster features Benedict Cumberbatch’s Doctor Strange standing in front of the window of his Sanctum Sanctorum.

Doctor Strange will be opening here in the US next Friday and LEGO has released a set for the movie which you can now purchase on Shop@Homeicon. I’ve already done a review of Doctor Strange’s Sanctum Sanctorum (76060) so if you haven’t checked it out yet, you can read over at this link.

LEGO Ninjago Stone Armor Cole (5004393) Reportedly Available at Toys R Us

A reader has sent in some information about the LEGO Ninjago Cole (5004393) minifigure box which was revealed back in June. They have stated that they found them in stock at Toys R Us and are available for purchase for $7.99 each. I believe Toys R Us Canada has it available for free with qualifying LEGO purchases of $25 or more this week.

If you’re not familiar with this version of Cole, it is the Stone armor version of the character in the Rebooted storyline from a few years ago and hasn’t been released before. The box itself is similar to the LEGO Nexo Knights King’s Guard (5004390) which opens up in the middle to reveal the minifigure along with a background of the theme. It was given away as part of a voucher promotion from the 2016 LEGO Calendar. The December 2016 LEGO Calendar does show that will be getting a 2017 Wall Calendar but there’s no word on whether there will be any redeemable vouchers like they did in recent years.

As mentioned before, the LEGO Ninjago Stone Armor Cole (5004393) minifigure box was found at a Toys R Us store but your mileage may vary at this time. I’ll try to check the system at work tomorrow to see if I can find out the item number for it or if someone knows the number, please let us know in the comments. I’ll also try to see if there are any upcoming promos here for it as well.

More The LEGO Batman Movie Vehicles Shown Off

The LEGO Batman Movie

Earlier today, Warner Bros. has released a new image for The LEGO Batman Movie which shows off some of his vehicles. We already know of the new Batmobile but the image also shows the classic style Batmobile. Also in the image appears to be some sort of jet, pirate ship, and a hovercraft. Whether or not these vehicles will be in a set remains to be seen but we know there will be at least 12 more sets that don’t have set names or images yet so the vehicles could be one of them.
