There are two different lists that were given, one of which contains items that are discounted on Shop@Home as well as in LEGO Brand Stores. The other list shows discounts that are only good in stores because Shop@Home is sold out on those items.

For my first of the LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens 2016 sets, I have the First Order Battle Pack (75132). It consists of 88 pieces and retails for $12.99. The contents of the box include two un-numbered bags and a small instruction booklet. Feel free to keep reading and not be worried about being spoiled because there are no spoilers in my reviews of TFA sets.

LEGO 2015 Christmas Employee Gift Borkum Riffgrund (4002015)

You guys may have seen this already but I’ve held off reporting on it because some people might see it as a Christmas spoiler. We’ve seen how generous The LEGO Group is to their employees and for this year, they have some special Christmas gifts for everyone in the company.

First off, there’s a new set floating around on the secondary market called the Borkum Riffgrund (4002015). This 559 piece set is the 2015 Christmas gift that is given out to every employee around the world and is based off the offshore wind farm that LEGO has invested in to help the company reach 100% on renewable energy by 2020.

The other gift that LEGO employees will receive is a extra month’s salary for their hard work according to The Copenhagen Post. This is on top of their regular paychecks and is for all the work the employees have done to help LEGO become the number one toy company in the world. Indeed a very Merry Christmas to everyone that is part of the company.

It looks like LEGO BIONICLE fans are getting a sneak peek at some new stuff. Earlier today, Kim from the LEGO Community Engagement team sent over images and a short excerpt from an upcoming LEGO BIONICLE graphic novel called Gathering of the Toa by Little, Brown Books for Young Readers. The book will be available on December 29 and it’ll be available in paperback, hardcover, or on the Kindle. Although I’m not into BIONICLE, I know there are readers who are interested in the theme.
