LEGO Harry Potter Gringotts Wizarding Bank – Collectors’ Edition (76417) Signing Tour

LEGO has announced that there will be signings for the upcoming LEGO Harry Potter Gringotts Wizarding Bank – Collectors’ Edition (76417). LEGO designers George Gilliatt, Justin Ramsden, and Peter Kjaergaard will be traveling across Europe to various LEGO Stores for a signing tour. There you can meet them and have the set signed as well.

LEGO Bricktober 2022 Fantasy Adventure Ride (5007489) to Release August 16

Back in July, LEGO was supposed to release the last Bricktober 2022 sets on the Rewards Center which was the Fantasy Adventure Ride (5007489) but was ultimately delayed until August. LEGO has just announced that it will finally be released on Wednesday, August 16. There was no time given at this time so I suggest checking right at midnight.

New LEGO Promotions on LEGO Shop – August 2023

Some new LEGO promotions have now started on the LEGO Shop which include Houses of the World 3 (40594) and the LEGO DREAMZzz Z-Blob and Bunchu Spider Escape (30636). Like with previous ones, the Houses of the World 3 is available with purchases of $250. This promotion runs until August 27, while supplies last.

The LEGO DREAMZzz polybag can be had with purchases of $40 in LEGO City, DREAMZzz, Friends, Harry Potter, Monkie Kid, and/or Ninjago. The promo period for the polybag will run until August 21, while supplies last.

BIONICLE: Masks of Power Demo Coming to Steam Early 2024

Today is 810NICLE Day which is an annual celebration of LEGO BIONICLE and the folks over at Team Kanohi has announced that BIONICLE: Masks of Power demo will be available on Steam early next year. BIONICLE: Masks of Power is a game that is fan-made project that retells the stories of BIONICLE using Unreal Engine 5. Earlier today, they dropped a new gameplay trailer which actually looks well polished even though it’s still in development.

LEGO Disney 100 “Up” House (43217) Amazon Sale – August 2023

One of my favorite smaller sets from 2023 is the LEGO Disney 100 “Up” House (43217) and Amazon has finally given it a discount. Normally priced at $59.99, the set has been discounted 20% which drops the price down to $48. The set includes minifigures of Carl Fredricksen and Russell as well as animals of Dug and the squirrel.

LEGO Icons Concorde (10318) Officially Revealed

LEGO has officially revealed their new LEGO Icons set with the Concorde (10318). Releasing on September 4 for VIPs, the set has 2,083 pieces and will retail for $199.99.

Billund – August 10th 2023: The LEGO Group today unveils a set that is sure to reach new heights – the LEGO® Concorde Set. Arguably one of the most iconic and famous aircrafts in history, the Concorde could cruise twice as fast as the speed of sound. An engineering masterpiece, the Concorde now comes in LEGO brick form. Built in the 1960s as part of a joint venture between the United Kingdom and France, the Concorde was the first supersonic passenger carrying commercial aircraft. This 2083-piece set is an accurate scale model of the airplane, that can be showcased in the home using the display stand, allowing the possibility to pose the brick-plane either in flight mode or tilted mode for take-off and landing.

The set is also rich in detail, with a removable roof to show off the opulent cabin interior, landing gear, as well as the nose and visor tilts.

LEGO Ideas 50 Years of Dungeons & Dragons Building Instructions Cover Fan Vote Winner Announced

LEGO has announced the winner of the LEGO Ideas 50 Years of Dungeons & Dragons cover art contest. Back in May, LEGO chose three finalists in which their design will be on the cover of the building instructions for the upcoming set. After months of deliberation, the winner is the Epic Battle Relief Painting by chainsaw yu 電鋸鋸鋸鋸.

At the time of this post, LEGO still hasn’t announced any information about the set which is the Dragon’s Keep: Journey’s End by BoltBuilds.
