LEGO Art The Amazing Spider-Man (31209) Officially Revealed

LEGO has revealed a brand new LEGO Art set with The Amazing Spider-Man (31209). Retailing for $199.99, the set has 2,099 pieces and will be released on August 1. The set features Spider-Man as an illusion of him popping out of the comic book frame. The background uses a Ben Day dot printing technique and an Easter egg of 15 spiders representing Amazing Fantasy #15 which is the first appearance of Spider-Man.

This unique dimensional piece of art is made from layers of LEGO bricks in which Spider-Man breaks out from the frame and his head and fingers can be put into different poses. LEGO Ideas The Motograph Achieves 10,000 Supporters

The Motograph by kongjirra is the latest project to achieve 10,000 supporters on LEGO Ideas. The build is based on the ideas of a barrier-grid animation that uses a sliding frame to reveal the image below in an animated sequence.

Taylor Swift “Lover House” by AndrewC456 is the latest project to achieve 10,000 supporters on LEGO Ideas. This is the third version of the house that have reached 10k and it recreates scenes from the music video using 1,653 pieces.

LEGO has finally put up the product page for the upcoming LEGO Disney 100 Years Celebration (40600) gift with purchase set. It has 226 pieces and you will be able to get it when you purchase the new LEGO Disney Castle (43222) or any Disney products of $100 from July 1-9, while supplies last. There’s no confirmation of that yet until it actually launches in a few days but that’s the reported details of it.

July is only a few days away and there are some new LEGO sets that will be dropping here in the US on the LEGO Shop. It’s not a big wave but there are some heavy hitters that may keep you busy for a while. The next big release wave is in August for North America when inventory changes roll out for the holiday season.

As far as LEGO July 2023 promotions are concerned, there is the LEGO Disney 100 Years Celebration (40600) that hasn’t been offiically revealed yet. It’s been reported that it is a GWP when you get the Disney Castle (43222).
