The Lost City by LEt.sGO is the latest project to achieve 10,000 supporters on LEGO Ideas. The 2,998 piece build features two towers that are covered with vegetation.
The project joins Ancient Roman Temple, This is Fine, Castle Dracula, and Pac-Man Moving Display as the ones to reach the Third 2022 Review Stage.
LEGO has officially revealed the latest addition to the LEGO Winter Village Collection with the Holiday Main Street (10308). Releasing on October 3 for VIPs and October 7 for the general public, the set has 1,514 pieces and retails for $99.99/€99.99/£89.99/169.99 AUD/129.99 CAD.
The set feature a a music store and a toy store along with a trolley and a Christmas tree. The Holiday Main Street will be the 13th set in the seasonal Winter Village Collection.

Releasing in October, there will be a new book from Chronicle Books highlighting two LEGO photography communities called LEGO in Focus. This coffee table style book features images from LEGO photographers from Brick Central and Stuck in Plastic. The September Toy of the Year 2022 award winners were announced yesterday and LEGO pretty much swept in the categories they were nominated for. This year was a little different because the TOTY Awards were held twice. This one gives companies an opportunity of promote their products for the upcoming holiday shopping season. In total, LEGO won five awards in the following:

As of this post, it is listed for only $6.49 which saves you $13.50 on it. It looks like Amazon is trying to clear out their warehouse and you may find more deals like this in the near future.
