LEGO Ghostbusters Ecto-1 (10274) Available on Amazon – November 2021

Today is the opening day of Ghostbusters: Afterlife and if you didn’t know LEGO has a new version of the Ecto-1 for the movie. It was actually released last year in anticipation of the movie being out in July 2020 but it got delayed a few times.

Due to the popularity of many larger sets on the LEGO Shop, it is temporarily out of stock but fortunately, you can still place your orders on Amazon at retail price. The listing does say it’ll it will be in stock soon and delivery will be between November 21-29. With the movie coming out, I’m sure that fans will be wanting to get this iconic car in a larger scale model and it is easily one of the best representations of it.

LEGO Collection x Target Sneak Peek

Target has released a sneak peek at what we can expect from the upcoming LEGO Collection x Target this December. The limited time collection starts on December 4 online and in-stores and it will have a LEGO brick-inspired collection designed to be playful, spark creativity, and fill your holiday season with joy.

The collection ranges from pet items, houseware, gift bags, bedding, clothing, decorative pillows, carry bags, and even the widely popular Astronaut Minifigure plushies. These plushies come in pink, blue, red, and white. If you watched The LEGO Movie 2, you would know that most of them were in Benny’s Space Squad (70841) and they were Benny (blue), Lenny (pink), and Jenny (white). The plushes will retail for $14.99 each. Other plushies include the Gingerbread Man and Santa which also sells for the same price.

In addition, there are some 500 piece puzzles from Chronicle Books which include Colorful Minifigures, Fun in Space, and Playful Bricks. These puzzles will go for $12.99 each. There’s even some life-sized LEGO items such as the Snow Character Building Kit and the Snow & Sand Building Kit that go for $30 each. Another neat item is the kids Benny’s Crossbody Handbag that sells for $25.

Of course, there are some older LEGO Seasonal sets available if you weren’t able to pick them up previously or have just recently entered the hobby.

Spider-Man: No Way Home Official Trailer

The official trailer for Spider-Man: No Way Home just dropped and there were some nice surprises if you don’t follow the movie leaks. They’ve finally shown off most of the Sinister Six which includes Doctor Octopus, Electro, and Sandman as well as the Green Goblin and the Lizard. Unfortunately, Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield doesn’t make an appearance but there was the Amazing Spider-Man 2 reference where MJ is falling. Perhaps this is where Garfield comes in to save her but they’ve just saving that for the movie itself.

Anyways, there is one LEGO set that will be based on the movie which is the Spider-Man at the Sanctum Workshop (76185). Currently is on backorder status but it will ship in 60 days. If you haven’t picked it up yet, I suggest doing so before the movie comes out on December 17 or else it might be hard to after after that due to fans wanting some merchandise for No Way Home. We also get a quick glimpse at the black and gold suit which is also in LEGO minifigure form in Spider-Man’s Drone Duel (76195).

New LEGO Star Wars 2022 Revealed on LEGO Shop

LEGO has revealed two new LEGO Star Wars sets on the LEGO Shop. If you’re a Star Wars fan, you may have noticed that the Battle Packs took a short hiatus this year but they will be back in 2022. The other set is the Hoth AT-ST (75322) which was very briefly seen in The Empire Strikes Back which makes me question why LEGO produced this one since it was only on screen for two seconds.

Snowtrooper Battle Pack (75320) – $19.99/105 pieces

Let young fans build their own army and recreate Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back action with the Snowtrooper Battle Pack (75320). It features 4 LEGO® minifigures with assorted blaster weapons, a buildable Imperial Hoth speeder bike, stud-shooting E-Web heavy repeating blaster and snow trench with extra ammunition. This building toy makes an awesome little gift or reward for creative kids aged 6 and up, to boost their collection of Snowtroopers and add new play possibilities to their other LEGO Star Wars™ sets.

Hoth AT-ST (75322) – $49.99/586 pieces

Youngsters can recreate dramatic Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back action with the first-ever LEGO® brick-built model of the AT-ST from the Battle of Hoth (75322). It has an opening hatch and roof for access to the minifigure cockpit, a wheel-operated rotating head, 2 spring-loaded shooters and posable legs. A cool gift for trend-setting kids aged 9 and up, this building toy also features 3 LEGO Star Wars™ minifigures, including Chewbacca with snow decoration, plus an Imperial Probe Droid LEGO figure, to inspire creative

LEGO City Main Square (60271) Amazon Sale – November 2021

Amazon has recently put the LEGO City Main Square (60271) on sale for 20% off the normal retail price. It is now being sold for $159.99 which is $40 off. The Main Square is reported to be one of the many sets that will be retiring at the end of 2021 and to get a discount on it is a good deal. We probably won’t see it going lower than that.
