LEGO Marvel Studios Collectible Minifigures – 6 pack (66678) Available at Amazon

Amazon currently is selling the LEGO Marvel Studios Collectible Minifigures – 6 pack (66678) at retail. It is selling for $29.94 which is the same price as if you purchase six packs. Keep in mind that I’ve heard people getting the same minifigures in these six packs so you’ve been warned. The listing shows there is 17 left as of this post but I assume they’ll keep restocking.

LEGO x adidas NBA Shirts Revealed

adidas Philippines has released a new line of NBA t-shirts featuring some NBA stars as LEGO minifigures. These shirts show James Harden, Trae Young, Donovan Mitchell, and Damian Lillard with their respective logos. The shirts are a continuation of LEGO’s multi-year partnership with adidas to create products geared towards sports and active lifestyles. What’s interesting is that the NBA is now also somewhat involved and we haven’t seen any LEGO NBA products since 2003. It’s a long shot but I hope we will see some NBA licensed products even though they can only feature athletes that have signed with adidas.

The LEGO Group is ushering in the festive season with the reveal of its LEGO Santa’s Visit (10293) set, the latest addition to the Winter Village collection.

The charming new LEGO Santa’s Visit set is ready to welcome Santa and his reindeer, and sure to bring to life the special excitement felt during the holiday season. The design centers on a cosy little house, where a family are busily getting ready for Santa’s arrival. Cards are collected from the mailbox; gifts have been wrapped and treats have been put out in anticipation of the most exciting time of the year. Once the build is complete, all Santa needs to do is drop down the chimney to spread some Christmas cheer!

Santa’s Visit offers a new, novelty building experience for the whole family. It forms part of the popular Winter Village collection, which includes the LEGO Gingerbread House (10267) and LEGO Elf’s Cub House (10275).

The set is bursting with tiny details, such as a fireplace with stockings, a chimney (with enough space for Santa to slide down through), a child’s bedroom, a detailed kitchen with decorated dinner table, milk and cookies to leave out

LEGO Harry Potter 2022 Rumored Sets

There are some new rumors from Promobricks regarding some of the upcoming 2022 LEGO Harry Potter sets. They have only listed four sets and two of them will expand on the Hogwarts Moment line which were released at the beginning of this year.

Hogwarts Moment: Divination Class (75396) – 297 pieces/29.99€
Hogwarts Moment: Defense Against the Dark Arts Class (75397) – 257 pieces/29.99€
Hospital Wing (75398) – 510 pieces/39.99€
Hogwarts Suitcase (75399) – 603 pieces/49.99€

The Divination Class will include Professor Trelawny and one of the Patil twins. The class will have various fortune telling objects like the ball and cups.

The DADA class will have Professor Moody, Neville, and Hermione recreating the Unforgivable Curses.

The Hospital Wing is said to be based on the scene from the Prisoner Of Azkaban and will have Madame Pomfrey, Harry, Ron, and Hermione. It is assumed that the time-turner will either be printed on the torsos.

The Hogwarts Suitcase is said to be customizable with your favorite house. It is stated that it’s pretty much up to you as the builder to put whatever you think your suitcase would look like when you go to Hogwarts. There will be a large sticker sheet to add more detail to it.

LEGO Monkie Kid Airing on Amazon Kids+ on September 9

LEGO has announced LEGO Monkie Kid will be airing on Amazon Kids+ starting on September 9. Season 1 of the show will be available via Amazon in the US, UK, Canada, Germany, and Japan and Season 2 will be available on October 28. It was also stated in the press release that a new line of LEGO Monkie Kid sets will be available later this fall.

Obviously, this is sort of a misstep from LEGO as the show that many have been waiting to watch will now be behind a paywall. For a short while, the episodes were up on YouTube in Cantonese, albiet illegally, but at least I was able to watch the first season without issues.
