The LEGO Spring Lantern Festival (80107) is currently on sale over at Walmart for 20% off. It is now priced at $95 which is $25 off the normal retail price of $119.99. The set has been pretty popular but LEGO has enough inventory now to not run out of stock on it and plus, it does have some nice parts in it. Thanks to Thomas for the heads up.
The LEGO Ideas Seinfeld (21328) is now available for VIPs on the LEGO Shop. The set has 1,326 pieces and retails for $79.99 and it features Jerry’s apartment along with minifigures of Jerry Seinfeld, George Costanza, Cosmo Kramer, Elaine Benes and Newman. For those who don’t have a VIP account, it’ll be available to the general public on August 1.
Today is the last day to get your orders in for the LEGO adidas Originals Superstar (40486) promotional set on the LEGO Shop. The promo period had a lot of change since it was first revealed to after the Store Calendar was released but it looks like today is the final, final day for it unless LEGO changes it again. You can get it with purchases of $85 or more which includes pre-orders.
It’s Christmas in July and LEGO has made the LEGO Christmas Wreath 2-in-1 (40426) available again on the LEGO Shop. It was first released back in October of last year but it only lasted until February before being going out stock. Five months later, you can now buy it again for $34.99. Thanks to everyone who emailed in about it.
The LEGO Super Mario theme may have a D2C set coming with Peach’s Castle (71395). This rumor comes out of Stone Wars where they were able to order some brand new white masonry bricks from Bricks & Pieces. The Element ID for the brick is 6152409 and Design ID is 98283. It is still currently available for $0.12 per unit.
The brick is the same color for the walls of Peach’s Castle and it is reported that it would be in microscale form. It is said to be priced around $170 but the number of parts remain to be seen.
Today is the last day for double VIP points on the LEGO Shop. We probably won’t see another double points event for a few months so time to get your money’s worth if you’ve been holding off on getting some new sets. Pre-orders also work and you’ll get the points when they ship. In addition, you can also double up on some of the current promotions such as the LEGO adidas Originals Superstar (40486) with purchases of $85 and the LEGO Minions Bob Minion with Robot Arms (30387) with $40 Minions purchases. Unfortunately, the LEGO Charles Dickens Tribute (40410) set is now sold out.
The LEGO Ideas Tree House (21318) is currently on sale for 15% off on Amazon. It is now priced at $169.99 which is $30 off the normal retail price. It has been rumored that the Tree House will be retiring at the end of 2021 so now would be a good time to pick it up if you’ve been holding off on it. This set doesn’t go on sale that often on Amazon either. Keep in mind that double VIP points is still going on at the LEGO Shop and you can get some good promos out of it as well.
