If you’re wanting to get the Series 20 LEGO Collectible Minifigures (71027), you may want to know that Amazon is currently selling them for only $3.44 each. This is 31% off the normal retail price of $4.99. There is a limit of 3 per order but who’s to say you can’t make multiple orders.
Update: It’s only 3 per account purchase limit. It’s not much but it’s better than nothing. Walmart stores also has the same deal but you’ll have to go out and find them.
The LEGO Movie 2 Rex’s Rex-treme Offroader! (70826) is currently on sale on Amazon for $16.99 which is 43% off the regular price. The main draw here is the dark blue raptor but you also get a decent number of dark blue and lime green parts. This is also a 3-in-1 set that allows you to build the Rex-o-saurus Quad or Execu-Rex-o-saurus.
Last year when LEGO acquired BrickLink, they also got Sohobricks as part of the deal. Unfortunately, a large investment in resources would be needed to sustain the business and to run it efficiently. Therefore, LEGO has decided to shut down Sohobricks at the end of May. BrickLink is still a priority for the company and they will continue to work on that platform and will be sharing updates when possible.
… ContinueIn December 2019 we bought Sohobricks as part of our acquisition of Bricklink. Since then we have been working closely with the Sohobricks team to understand their business and operations. As part of this review, we found that a very significant investment would be needed to create a sustainable business and upgrade manufacturing operations to run efficiently and meet our operational standards.
Unfortunately, such a large investment is simply not commercially viable. As a result, we have made the extremely difficult decision to close Sohobricks from the end of May 2020. We will now focus on supporting Sohobricks’ employees. There are currently 34 people working in the business and we will provide them with financial packages that reflect their years of service and are above the statutory requirements. We will also offer a professional outplacement service that will provide financial advice and assistance in finding a new job.
We would like to thank the Sohobricks team for all that they have done. We know this will be a difficult time for them and we are committed to doing what we can to help them through this.
LEGO has sent over an announcement saying that some LEGO House exclusives will be made available on LEGO Shop@Home in May. The LEGO House (21037) will be available worldwide but the Tree of Creativity (4000026) and the LEGO House Dinosaurs (40366) will only be available in the UK, Germany, and Ireland and will be sold at the original DKK equivalent cost. The Covid-19 situation is closing down many great activities, and LEGO® House has had to extend its closing period until further notice. To continue to offer a little bit of the LEGO House atmosphere to all our fans, we have therefore decided to make the three existing LEGO House exclusive sets available via www.LEGO.com
The three products are:

LEGO House Dinosaurs. 40366 (Launched April 2019)The items will be sold at the same, or locally equivalent, RRP that we sell the sets for in the LEGO House.
We are planning to have the sets available on www.LEGO.com from early May, 2020. The LEGO House Tree of Creativity and LEGO House Dinosaurs are on limited distribution to UK, DK, and IE only and we expect to have a purchase limit for each customer. The LEGO Group and Universal Pictures has completed a five-year exclusive deal for development, production, and theatrical distribution for more LEGO movies. This comes off the news from late last year when the deal with Warner Bros. ran out and talks with Universal started up.
LEGO Head of Entertainment Jill Wilfert will be producer on all LEGO movies released by Universal. Dan Lin and Jonathan Eirich will also produce on the next LEGO-themed movie.

Portuguese online shop jbnet.pt has listed some of the upcoming summer 2020 LEGO City sets including the Ocean Explorer subtheme that is supporting National Geographic Explorers. There are also some sets that are airplane related which haven’t had an abundance of since 2016.
