Merlin Entertainments has officially announced that the grand opening for LEGOLAND New York will be on July 4, 2020. There will be more than 50 rides, shows, and attractions packed into 150 acres that is separated by seven themed “lands.” Annual passes will start at $119.99 and single day tickets start at $62.99.

Yesterday was Frozen Fan Fest and LEGO has officially revealed the LEGO Disney Frozen 2 sets. There are six sets in the wave and we actually saw images of them last month but we had to take them down because the embargo date was apparently for the event.
Amazon currently has some limited time sales on a few of the fairly new LEGO Hidden Side sets. These sets are 20% off and some are at their lowest price on the site just in time for Halloween.

The new wave of the LEGO Overwatch is now available for purchase and the other set in the wave that I’ll be reviewing is Junkrat & Roadhog (75977). The set has 380 pieces and retails for a not so appealing $49.99. The contents of the box include three numbered bags, a bag for Roadhog’s pieces, two instruction booklets, and a sticker sheet.
If you’re still playing LEGO Tower and are a fan of the LEGO Hidden Side theme, their latest update may be for you. NimbleBit has pushed out the newest update which features content from Hidden Side including some new rooftop sets, businesses, characters, and a vehicle. The minifigures include Parker, Jack, and J.B. while the vehicle is the go-kart from the Shrimp Shack Attack (70422).

LEGO has announced they have partnered up with Panasonic Jaguar Racing to reveal the new LEGO Speed Champions Formula E Panasonic Jaguar Racing GEN2 car and Jaguar I-PACE eTROPHY (76898). The piece count and price point are still under wraps but it will be available for purchase on January 1, 2020.

The last two LEGO BrickHeadz sets of 2019 are now available for purchase on Shop@Home. The first of the two is the Thanksgiving Scarecrow (40352) which has 177 pieces and retails for $9.99. The other set is the Christmas Reindeer, Elf, and Elfie (40353) which has 281 pieces and retails for $19.99.
