LEGO Announces Partnership With Panasonic Jaguar Racing – Reveals New Speed Champions Set

LEGO has announced they have partnered up with Panasonic Jaguar Racing to reveal the new LEGO Speed Champions Formula E Panasonic Jaguar Racing GEN2 car and Jaguar I-PACE eTROPHY (76898). The piece count and price point are still under wraps but it will be available for purchase on January 1, 2020.

Panasonic Jaguar Racing have today revealed their brand-new all electric race car to challenge for season six of the ABB FIA Formula E Championship. LEGO Baseplate Amazon Sales – October 2019


One of the limitations of growing your LEGO layout is space but if you are able to expand it, you might need some more baseplates. Luckily, Amazon is having some great sales on them. Both the Green and Blue baseplates are priced at $5.14 each. The Green is 49% off and the Blue is 36% off due to the Blue one being cheaper originally. If you’re using the Gray, that one is 20% off. At these sales, now is a great time to stock up on them if you can.

LEGO Technic Top Gear Rumored Set Details

A few days ago, it was announced that LEGO is partnering up with the newer version of Top Gear to release a LEGO Technic set that will be released next year. The details were pretty much nonexistent but it looks like the folks at Promobricks has found out something about it. It is reported that it will be set number 42109 and it will have 463 pieces while retailing for €129.99. It will also implement the new CONTROL+ system and controlled using the app. It was also stated that the set will be a white rally car with some stickers of The Stig and the UK flag. As always, these are strictly rumors until LEGO officially announces the set or it shows up at a verified retailer.

New LEGO Technic & Overwatch Sets Now Available

It’s October and that means there are brand new LEGO sets that are available on Shop@Home. First are the two large scale Technic sets with the Liebherr R 9800 Excavator (42100) which goes for $449.99 and the Land Rover Defender (42110) which goes for $199.99.

The two other new sets are for the LEGO Overwatch theme with Wrecking Ball (75976) and Junkrat & Roadhog (75977). The sets retail for $19.99 and $49.99, respectively.

Lastly, the LEGO Creator Gingerbread House (10267) is now available for everyone. It has 1,477 pieces and retails for $99.99.

LEGO Star Wars Ahch-To Island Training (75200) Amazon Sale – September 2019

With the LEGO Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker sets coming out later this week, retailers are clearing out inventory of their current stock at deeply discounted prices. One of the more notable sets is the Ahch-To Island Training (75200) which is going for $17.48 or 42% off. This is the lowest price it has been priced at on Amazon and it price matches Walmart.

LEGO October 2019 Store Calendar Promotions & Events

The October 2019 LEGO Store Calendar is now available and we can now see some of the promotions and events that will be happening during the month.


October 4-6: Free LEGO Star Wars Battle of Endor (40362) with Star Wars purchases of $75 or more, while supplies last.

October 5: Adult building event for LEGO Star Wars Luke Skywalker timeline microbuild. In-store registration is required and begins on October 1.

October 4-6: Dress up as your favorite Star Wars character to receive a special treat. For all ages on first come, first served basis.

October 4 – November 3: Red Squadron vs Blue Squadron. Decode hidden building instructions using special glasses to build your ship as fast as you can. No registration is required.

October 16: UFO Building Event. In-store registration is required and begins on October 3. For ages 6-14.

October 21: Minifigure Swap Monday

October 31: Stop by the LEGO Store in your Halloween costume for Trick or Treat.
