New LEGO Star Wars Video Game Rumored for E3 2019 Reveal

Back in April during Star Wars Celebration 2019, I talked about a new LEGO Star Wars video game coming out later this year and it looks there’s more information about this game the past few days. I was directed to Pure Playstation who is reporting that Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and TT Games are ready to reveal the game at E3 2019 in two weeks. According to their post, there’s going to be a demo theatre presentation showing it off so I assume there’s going to be video of it online as well.

This unknown LEGO Star Wars video game is rumored to be a completely remastered and will feature all nine films from the Skywalker saga as well as some of the Star Wars Extended Universe. Since this game is said to be the “most important game TT has released” so we’ll probably have more details about it in the upcoming weeks/months.

Thanks to Daryl for the heads up.

LEGO Store Calendars Going Paperless Starting in July

LEGO Store Calendar

It looks like LEGO is making another change that may impact the way you shop at LEGO Stores. You may have received the same email this morning as they have announced that the LEGO monthly store calendar will be going paperless starting in July. I know some of you collect the calendars but most of us just like to have one physically to look at.

I can already see a small problem with this new change. Because the store calendars only show the in-store events for those who still use them, I have a feeling that there will be less people attending them because they have nothing to go on to see what will be happening unless the employees keep reminding them or blogs post about them. Just a quick poll, how many of you actually go to the LEGO Store page to look at the calendar or the in-store events?

Also with the LEGO store calendars going digital in a few months, hopefully they post the current month as well as the month after because that’s what the stores have been doing since forever.

LEGO Ninjago: Secrets of the Forbidden Spinjitzu Teaser Trailer

LEGO Ninjago

Just a short while ago, LEGO released the teaser trailer for LEGO Ninjago: Secrets of the Forbidden Spinjitzu. If you remember from the statement they released a bout a week ago, this season of LEGO Ninjago will have 30 episodes that will be about 11 minutes each episode. As you can see from the teaser below, Clutch Powers will be making an appearance in the new season.

Basking in the glory of their recent victory, the ninja embark on a new adventure to explore a mysterious pyramid – just for a little light rest and recovery, of course. But has success lulled our heroes into a false sense of security? When the ninja accidentally set an ancient threat loose, nothing could ever have prepared them for the mayhem that follows.

I’m not sure if it will be available at LEGOLAND Discover Centers or not but if you see them there, let us know in the comments.
