If you get physical mail from LEGO, you may have already received the Easter 2019 Catalog or the Easter promotion flyer which gives you details of how to get the LEGO Seasonal Chicken Skater Pod (853958). If you didn’t see it yet, you can get the polybag with purchases of $35 or more from April 5-22, while supplies last at LEGO Stores and on Shop@Home.
Late last night, I reported that the LEGO Marvel Super Heroes Avengers: Endgame sets are now available on Shop@Home with double VIP points. Other retailers are slowly adding the sets to their sites and Target has listed on of them with the War Machine Buster (76124). I don’t know if it’s an error or not but they have it available for $27.99 which is 20% off the regular price of $34.99. Not bad for a set that literally just released so there you go. So far they haven’t listed any of the other Endgame sets but they’ll be up soon.
It is March 31 on the east coast and that means toy manufacturers can now officially reveal their product lines for Avengers: Endgame. Although there are no images yet as they will reveal those on Monday, you can now purchase the LEGO Marvel Super Heroes sets on Shop@Home. In addition, the double VIP point promotion is still going on so you are able to earn double points on these sets. Please use our links to make your purchases as they do help support the site.
I’ve held on reporting on the new LEGO Marvel Super Heroes Avengers: Endgame Iron Man and Dum-E (30452) polybag until there was some information on it and it looks like there is some now. It contains 38 pieces and probably retails for $3.99 and it has been found in the wild at Walmart stores. The polybag features Iron Man in the white Quantum Realm suit and Dum-E from his workshop. As we know by now, LEGO will be releasing five sets to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the LEGO Star Wars theme and the first one that I’ll be taking a look at is Anakin’s Podracer (75258). The set pays homage to the set (7131) of the same name from 1999. It has 279 pieces and will retail for $29.99.
The LEGO Ideas Steamboat Willie (21317) comes out in a few days and LEGO has released the designer video for the set. LEGO designer John Ho gives us a quick look at some of the details within the set. I’ve already done a early review of the set so you can check it out if you want. Steamboat Willie will be available on April 1 for $89.99.
The 80th Anniversary of Batman will tomorrow but LEGO dropped a surprise this morning with the reveal of the LEGO Batman 80th Anniversary sets that will be coming out in August. The sets will feature a number of heroes, villains, and vehicles from the history of Batman including Shazam, Clayface, the Batwing, and a close representation of the Keaton Batmobile.
