Amazon Mexico has revealed the upcoming LEGO Horizon Adventures Aloy & Varl vs. Shell-Walker & Sawtooth (77037) which will be coming next year. The 768 piece set set features new minifigures of Aloy and Varl and the Shell-Walker and Sawtooth machines which were teased during the behind the scenes video a short while ago.

LEGO Space TicTacToe (5008897) GWP Revealed

LEGO has revealed a strange gift with purchase set with the TicTacToe (5008897). It features a brick-built board but the most interesting thing about it are the amount of white and orange space astronaut minifigures included. There’s no information about the set or how to get it but it looks expensive given the amount of minifigures.

LEGO Ideas Teases Next Set Reveal Soon

LEGO has started their teasers for the next LEGO Ideas reveal which should be coming soon. There were 48 projects that reached the First 2024 Review Stage so there’s a lot to choose from. Whatever set that will be announced will be added to our list of projects that are under development. The Twilight: Cullen House should be the next in line to be released as it passed the review stage almost a year ago.

LEGO Botanical Collection Rebranded for 2025

If you didn’t see it yesterday, LEGO announced that the LEGO Botanical Collection will be rebranded next year to just LEGO Botanicals. The theme has been through some changes since its start back in 2020 when it was part of the LEGO Icons theme before becoming the Botanical Collection subtheme. It’s a subtle change but good to see that the sets will get its own theme since they’re pretty popular.

It is unsure how LEGO will categorize the older sets, whether they keep them with Icons/Botanical Collections or just move them over but I assume it’ll be the former. LEGO has done this before, with the more notable sets being the modular buildings switching themes a few times and finally settling in the Icons theme.

The LEGO Botanicals theme will introduce four new sets in 2025, three of which in January and one in February. I’ll definitely be picking up a few of the Lucky Bamboo to decorate around the house even though I have some real ones already.
