Last month, DK released the LEGO Star Wars Visual Dictionary: New Edition which included the exclusive Finn minifigure but it looks like there’s another version of the book. Over on Shop@Home UK and other countries, there’s a version of the book called the LEGO Star Wars Visual Dictionary: Anniversary Edition which has some extra exclusives than the normal version.
The cover has changed to Darth Vader and the coloring is similar to the 20 Years of LEGO Star Wars logo and it also includes the Finn minifigures along with two art prints. There’s also 16 pages of additional content which states that it includes every LEGO Star Wars ever released which I assume with have the 20th Anniversary Edition sets as well. What’s interesting is that the product page also shows a Platinum Edition which I think is the same book. There’s no word on when/if it will be available here in the US but as I mentioned earlier, it’s available in other countries.

Trolls World Tour will be coming out in 2020 which is the sequel to the 2016 animated hit movie and it looks like DreamWorks will be teaming up with LEGO to release some LEGO Trolls World Tour sets next year. Earlier today, they teased a very colorful troll minifigure body and legs so it’s more than likely there will be some sets based on the second movie. We’ll have more details as they come.
Today for May the 4th, LEGO has announced the LEGO Star Wars BOOST Droid Commander (75253). It will be available starting on September 1 and it has 1,177 pieces which includes three droids, R2-D2, the Gonk Droid, and the Mouse Droid.

The main promotion is the Battle of Hoth – 20th Anniversary Edition (40333) with purchases of $75 or more on Star Wars products, while supplies last. In addition, there’s also a 20th Anniversary Edition art print with $35 or more. Tomorrow marks the beginning of the LEGO Star Wars May the 4th promotions on Shop@Home and the main promotion is the Battle of Hoth – 20th Anniversary Edition (40333). The set has 195 pieces and you can get it for free with purchases of $75 or more in Star Wars products, while supplies last. This piece count is the most for a May the 4th promotional set that LEGO has released ever. LEGO has sent over the set early so we can take a quick look at it.
The first thing I have to mention is the box itself. As a collectible set, you do not have to rip it open as it is the resuable folding style. I do like this style of box for promotions as you can store the set whole if you’re done with it.
The mini scale set features the iconic battle scene from Star Wars: Episode V – The Empire Strikes Back with the AT-AT and two Snowspeeders. On the left side, we have the Echo Base DSS-02 shield generator which is now correct with four generators. It uses some gray discs to represent that.
Going around to the front, we have the exclusive printed 2×4 tile of the 20 Years of LEGO Star Wars logo.
Next to the shield generator, are the two Snowspeeders that sit on a couple of trans-clear 1×1 round bricks. One of the Snowspeeders has the orange color scheme and the other one has the gray one.
