LEGO 2021 Employee Gift Revealed

Every year, LEGO gifts its employees a limited edition LEGO set as a Christmas gift and this year’s gift has been revealed. For those are are LEGO employees who haven’t received your set yet, I would skip this post and not go on social media around this time as some LEGO designers have already shown it off online. The rest of the post will be hidden behind the spoiler tag.

LEGO Ninjago creator Tommy Andreasen has posted the LEGO Ninjago The Temple of Celebrations (4002021) which consists of 1,320 pieces and it is part of the 10th anniversary of Ninjago celebration. The set features Garmadon in a Santa getup along with the ninjas in their Golden outfits. Also included are Misako a couple of Hypnobrai.

The back of the box says, “What better way to celebrate the first 10 years of LEGO Ninjago than with a unique Temple of Celebrations set that brings the themes’ well-known characters together in a fun festive LEGO build or you and your family. Enjoy.”

LEGO Boutique Hotel (10297) Officially Announced

LEGO has officially revealed the next modular set with the Boutique Hotel (10297). Releasing on January 1, the set has 3,066 pieces and retails for $199.99, €199.99, £179.99. The set celebrates 15 years of the modular line and there are Easter eggs in the set that references the previous sets.

December 6th: Today, the LEGO Group reveals a luxurious new address with the LEGO® Boutique Hotel set (10297), the latest addition to the modular building collection. Colourful and quirky, the new 3,066 piece LEGO Boutique Hotel is full of character and details that will have fans stepping back in time to a by-gone era.

In 2022, the LEGO modular building collection celebrates its 15th anniversary and the new set is the 17th LEGO set to be released, joining the LEGO Bookshop, LEGO Assembly Square and LEGO Police Station. The LEGO Boutique Hotel is also full of Easter Eggs and references to the previous 15 years of modular building sets, many of which are revealed in the building instructions, meaning fans will have an exciting time discovering hidden gems while they build.

The set comes in five sections, including;

LEGO Friends 2022 Sets Revealed

LEGO has revealed the new 2022 LEGO Friends sets on the LEGO Shop. The theme celebrates its 10th anniversary next year and one set that commemorates the event is the Friendship Tree House (41703) which includes a QR code to reveal retro Heartlake City treasures hidden within it. All the sets will be available starting on January 1.

LEGO December 2021 Store Calendar Promotions and Events

The December 2021 LEGO Store Calendar is now available and we can see some of the promotions and events that will be happening during the month. According to the calendar, it looks to be a pretty dull month which is pretty typical for December compared to previous years.

LEGO Monkie Kid 2022 Sets Revealed

Earlier today, LEGO revealed the January 2022 wave of LEGO Monkie Kid sets which will be released at the beginning of the year. It looks like the theme will be heading to space as there are a few of them that are space related. The flagship set is The City of Lanterns which is a small city with lots of detail, similar to the LEGO Ninjago City sets.
