Last week, we saw the product images of the Winter 2017 LEGO Speed Champions sets and today we now have the box art images courtesy of an anonymous reader. Again, we have images of five of the sets with the Mercedes Pit Stop (75880) being a store exclusive so no images of that set yet. This wave should be in stores late February/early March.

There are now official images of the Winter 2017 LEGO Speed Champions sets. We had a first look at one of the sets last month but now we have a look at five sets of the wave. There’s still another set that may be a store exclusive which is the Mercedes Pit Stop (75880).

LEGO has released a press release regarding the 2017 wave of LEGO Speed Champions sets. The set that is referenced is the 2016 Ford GT & 1966 Ford GT40 (75881).

When the list of rumored LEGO 2017 sets came out last month, one theme that was missing for the initial wave was LEGO Speed Champions. A few days after that, the rumored sets for Speed Champion was indeed released which you can see below.

As you can see, there’s a new car manufacturer with Bugatti and the Chiron should be interesting to see. Technically, Bugatti isn’t a new license as Volkwagen now owns it. Some existing manufacturers are also returning for 2017 with Mercedes, Ferrari, and Ford.
