It looks like we finally have the list of characters that will be in The LEGO Batman Movie Collectible Minifigures (71017) series courtesy of LCC. According to Belgian LEGO retail, Mister Bricks, it looks like it is confirmed the series will have 20 minifigures to collect which are:
Lobster-Lovin’ Batman
Eraser
Zodiac Master
King Tut
Pink Power Batgirl
Dick Grayson
Orca
Fairy Batman
Glam Metal Batman
Clan of the Cave Batman
Vacation Batman
Arkham Asylum Joker
Calculator
Red Hood
Commissioner Gordon
Barbara Gordon
March Harriet
Mime
Catman
Nurse Harley Quinn
It’s been reported that the minifigures listed will not be in any of the sets that have already been revealed and will be exclusive to this series. We’ve already seen a couple of the characters which was seen in the latest trailer. Now the question is, will there be two full sets or three considering there will most likely be 60 in a full box? I’m leaning towards the former.

Yikes. Sounds like a pretty crappy selection.
Oh boy, here goes another $500-600.
Why so much?
I get several sets for my personal collection with each series. I need to see a doctor about my MF dependency. LOL
There go my dreams of Polka-dot Man and Condiment King.
Condiment King doesn’t even appear in any of the stills or trailers, does he? Polka-Dot Man could still make an appearance in the second wave of LBM sets. Heck, big-fig Bane isn’t in the first wave, and he’s featured very prominently in one of the still images.
Just hoping that the batman figures have some way to distinguish themselves with extra pieces, if not it’ll be bad news
There are only five CMF Batmen:
Lobster-Lovin’ Batman
Fairy Batman
Glam Metal Batman
Clan of the Cave Batman
Vacation Batman
The first three probably include a lobster, fairy wings (and maybe a Majisto wand) and a guitar. If the fourth has a club, that largely solves any problems. Batgirl should have a different cowl shape, to match the one she has in The Joker Notorious Lowrider, with a post on the back for the ponytail. The five Batmen could also have a mix of Type 2b and Type 3 cowls, which could also help. Regardless, it won’t be anything like the nightmare that the German soccer players presented.
Lobster and tray.
Tutu, wings, and Majisto wand.
Guitar and spiked shoulder pads.
Club.
Rubber-ducky inner tube and goggled cowl.
And for Catman, the only Type 3 cowl in the mix and Wolverine claws.
I think you’re safe feeling the bags for specific minifigs.
So, five new Batsuits, plus Excalibur Batman from Dimensions, and there’s only room for four more on the Batcave rotating rack. Joker and Harley get “new” versions that sound like they might be very similar to their LBM Arkham versions, and who knows what to expect from the three Grayson/Gordon minifigs? Still, I count at least eight completely new minifigs for sure, and Red Hood could be the villain rather than Jason Todd.
Technically the vacation batman and lobster Batman aren’t batsuits, so with that logic the rack is the perfect size.
Technically, Glam Rock Batman and Clan of the Cave Batman still show a fair amount of skin that’s not on the face, so it’ll be a bit hard for them to make sense hanging on a rack with a blank white head. But there’s still Excalibur Batman, Fairy Batman, and regular black LEGO Batman Movie Batman, so really that just leaves one open slot for either Lobster-Lovin’ Batman or Bruce Wayne to choose between. I hadn’t really thought about it earlier, but the regular Batsuit is _still_ a Batsuit, and would traditionally occupy a place in the lineup when not in use.
Well, there’s still going to be at least one more wave of these LBM sets later in the year, so maybe we’ll pick up that last Batsuit when that happens.

I bought one bag today and the character does not match any of the 20 to collect, what does this mean??
Can you post a picture of the minifigure and bag?
Sorry to hear that :/
