One of the more elusive items for The LEGO Batman Movie was the Kiss Kiss Tuxedo Batman Keychain (5004928) which was only available at Cinemark when the movie first premiered back in February. As I reported a few days ago, the keychain polybag will also be available at Target for their holiday ad in which you can get it for free with a purchase of $30 or more on LEGO Batman products or buy it individually for $5.99 each.
We now know that you can also purchase it online at the same price as well. This is convenient for those who don’t want to go out and search for them. It’s nice to know that this polybag is actually a wider release product since not that many people had a Cinemark location near them.
When you make a purchase or, sometimes, carry out some other action as direct result of clicking on a link at The Brick Fan, we will receive a small commission.

For the life of me, I can’t figure out why this is being produced as a keychain. Why spend the extra effort of gluing and adding rings only to nullify 80% (or more) of it’s value.
And for the record, I have a minifigure key chain, and was only about 6 months before it was limbless. After about a year and half there was no printing left on it whatsoever and the helmet now essentially looks like a piece of sea glass.
Yeah, I also wish that this was just a regular old minifig.
I buy all the Batman-related ones, the four Turtles, and a few others as keychains, but I never actually use them that way. They do make nice Christmas ornaments, but the only people I know who actually use them to hold keys say they replace them once a year because they get fairly torn up over time.
But one other thing I buy some of them for is parts. The Hulk minifig is crazy expensive, but for a few bucks a pop I was able to score a small stash of Hulk keychains in case I need the upset face.
Was thinking of removing keychain portion but will wait till list of figures for CMF series 2, in case its included there with no keychain.
Already did that (twice), soon after it was released. I bought three (missed the promo by hours), de-chained two of them, and fixed one of them with a yellow Sharpie. One is still sealed, the yellow one is with my event minifigs, and the fleshie one is with my special DC minifigs from stuff like polybags, books, and Target cubes
And thanks to this guy, I was just barely able to break 300 unique Batman-related minifigs this year.
I, for one, would be really disappointed if the Batman Bricktober figures, and the special batman figures like from Kiss Kiss, Batpod, and Dimensions, would appear in this CMF series 2 set. To me, it is a sad cheat and hopefully it does not occur.
It would be weird, but I could see Kiss Kiss ending up in the CMF series because it was never released as a regular minifig. The Bricktober and Tiger Tuxedo will be a lot less likely…although they did basically clone Arkham Joker between TLBM’s Arkham and CMF releases. To be fair, they did come out at the same time, but in the past the only crossover we really saw was former CMFs showing up in regular sets later on.
ordered 2 with another set online for in store p/u, they only put one in the order, now the store no longer shows them in stock, rep from electronics could not find any more 😛
ordered for store p/u at another location, no problem getting 2
Got this today at Target. I noticed something very disturbing as I was there. They raised the price on the CMF Ninjago Movie series to $4.79!!! I even scanned one just to see if this was some kind of mistake. It was NOT!!! I hope this isn’t a sign of things to come for future CMF lines.
have them PM shop.lego.com, $3.19 there now 😉
This is nothing new and some Targets have been doing this since series 12 if I recall correctly. They will come back down once the next CMF series comes out, and they will likely still have stock of these at that price when the do get released
