Last month I reported that it was rumored the LEGO Dimensions Green Arrow (71342) polybag would be given out at GameStop during Black Friday 2016. I can now confirm from their Black Friday ad posted on BFAds.net that Green Arrow will indeed be given away with the purchase of any LEGO Dimensions product.
Some of their other promotions during Black Friday include the price of the Starter Packs dropping down to $39.99. The Team Packs will be priced at $14.99 while the Level Packs will be $19.99 each.

Is this promotion for the Green Arrow Polybag that unlocks Green Arrow in the Dimensions game, or is it just a Green Arrow minifigure that does not come with a toy tag?

On GameStop website, as of 12 midnight EST Nov 24 the Black Friday sales are showing (including Lego Dimensions sale prices), but no mention of Green Arrow anywhere. 🙁
UPDATE: checked again at 9am EST, now Lego Dimensions item descriptions say it includes Green Arrow figure bonus, ships with order.
