LEGO Icons The Lord of the Rings The Shire (10354) Available for General Public

April 4, 2025 / Allen "Tormentalous" Tran

The LEGO Icons The Lord of the Rings The Shire (10354) is now available to the general public so that means everybody now has access to the Smeagol & Deagol (40761) gift with purchase set. For a set this popular, I’m surprised that the GWP lasted through the the LEGO Insiders timed event and will most likely sell out before April 8 now that everyone can get it. LEGO Insiders still also have double points on Rivendell (10316) and Barad-Dur (10333).

LEGO The Lord of the Rings Poster with The Shire (10354) Purchases

April 2, 2025 / Allen "Tormentalous" Tran

Today was the release of the new LEGO Icons The Lord of the Rings: The Shire (10354) both online and at LEGO Brand Stores and it looks like there was an unannounced poster giveaway as well.

Over on Reddit and other sources online, there’s a cool thick stock poster that you could’ve gotten with a purchase of the set. The poster features all three of the LEGO Icons sets that have released including Rivendell and Barad-Dur.

I wonder if LEGO will be shipping it with the online purchases or was it just only for store giveaways. We’ll see once orders start to arrive in the mail in a few weeks.

April is now here and there are a couple of new LEGO sets that are now available on the LEGO Shop. As of right now, the main set released is the LEGO Disney Beauty and the Beast Castle with even more sets sprinkled in during the next few days.

It looks like LEGO has delayed the Children’s Day Teddy Bear (40763) gift with purchase set. We were told it would release on the first but it looks like that changed. We still have the Easter Bunny Surprise (40764) which will be available until April 2 with purchases of $75.

There’s also Double Insiders points on select sets which will also run until April 2.
