Carl’s House by Yang Yang is the latest project to achieve 10,000 supporters on LEGO Ideas. The build is based on Carl’s iconic colored house from Up and you can remove various sections of the house to reveal more details. It also proposed minifigures of Carl, Russell, Dug, and a brick-built Kevin.

John’s Medieval Watermill by Mind the Brick is the latest project to achieve 10,000 supporters on LEGO Ideas. The build features the story of John and the watermill that was passed on to him. It has two floors with removable sections to access the inside including the watermill mechanism, a living area, and a bunk bed in the attic.

LEGO Ideas Sailboat Adventure (40487) Promotion Available to General Public

The LEGO Ideas Sailboat Adventure (40487) promotion is now available to the general public. If you’re not a VIP member (why not?), you can now get your hands on it as well with purchases of $200 or more. Not surprisingly, it did not sell out to VIPs in the first couple of days of the month because of the fairly high purchasing requirement to get it. The promotion will run until August 29 or while supplies last.

BrickLink Designer Program Relaunch Now Live

The BrickLink Designer Program has relaunched again in which you can pre-order some of the projects from the first crowdfunding round. This allows the Kakapo, Great Fishing Boat, Sheriff’s Safe, and Pursuit of Flight to be able to sell up to 10,000 sets to match the Castle in the Forest however you won’t be able to order the castle since it already reached 10k. BrickLink/LEGO is also setting a maximum order limit of one set per customer so more people have a chance to buy it. Let’s see how fast these will sell out this time.
