LEGO Marvel’s Avengers Captain America: Civil War Character Pack Now Available for PS3 & PS4

LEGO Marvel's Avengers Video Game - Anti-Registration

Earlier today, Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment announced the release of the new Captain America: Civil War Character Pack for the LEGO Marvel’s Avengers video game. The DLC is currently a FREE exclusive for the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3. Other systems will get the the add-on content on 4/26/16.

Some of the characters that you can expect to play as include Agent 13, Black Panther, Captain America, Crossbones, Falcon, Iron Man (Mark 46), Scarlet Witch, War Machine, and Winter Soldier.

Based on the highly anticipated Marvel Studios film hitting theatres on May 6, 2016, this add-on content is currently available as a FREE download exclusively for PlayStation ® 4 and PlayStation ® 3 players.

New Marvel Captain America: Civil War Trailer and Rumored Fourth Civil War Set

If you haven’t seen it yet, a new trailer for Marvel’s Captain America: Civil War was released earlier today and there was a ton of action throughout. At the end of the trailer there’s surprise appearance but many of us who follow the storyline, we already know who it is:

As for the LEGO sets, three sets have already been released in conjunction with the movie:

Black Panther Pursuit (76047)
Crossbones’ Hazard Heist (76050)
Super Hero Airport Battle (76051)

However, there’s also a rumored fourth Super Heroes Civil War set (76067) that’s supposed to come out this summer which we haven’t seen yet. The most likely reason we haven’t seen any images of it yet is probably because to conceal the identity of said surprise character until the new trailer came out. Hopefully we see something soon and it’ll be what fans were waiting for.

LEGO Marvel Super Heroes Mighty Micros: Hulk vs. Ultron (76066) Review

Some of the sets that were released recently that I was really excited for were the new LEGO Super Heroes Mighty Micros sets. The one set that really stood out for me from the line was the Marvel Super Heroes: Hulk vs. Ultron (76066). The set contains 80 pieces and retails for $9.99. When you open up the box, the contents of the box are pretty interesting as it contains two sets of instructions, two un-numbered bags, and a product leaflet for Civil War sets. Instead of the builds being in a small booklet, the instructions are leaflets similar to the ones you find in polybags.

LEGO DC Comics Super Heroes Batman Classic TV Series – Batcave (76052) Review

When the LEGO DC Comics Super Heroes Batman Classic TV Series – Batcave (76052) was officially announced back in January, there was a mixed reaction to the set with some loving it while others didn’t like some aspects of it to those that were indifferent. The set itself is based on the classic Batman TV series starring Adam West and it consists of 2,526 pieces while retailing for $269.99 which has some questioning if it is worth that price.

LEGO Marvel Super Heroes Captain America’s Motorcycle (30447) Listed on Toys R Us

Well it looks like we might know where to find the recently found LEGO Marvel Super Heroes Civil War Captain America’s Motorcycle (30447). Toys R Us has the polybag listed on their website with item #396626 so we can probably expect it be purchased individually or part of a future promotion. I’ll check on the inventory status of it and see what I can find.

There have been quite a few items listed on Toys R Us recently including the Batmobile (30446) and the Iconic Easter (5004468) but have had a very limited supply online or in stores. I have received emails that the Iconic Easter will be part of a promotion starting Sunday March 6 and it corresponds to what I looked up in inventory for it. Hopefully the weekly ad will show it tomorrow.

LEGO DC Comics Character Encyclopedia Exclusive Pirate Batman Revealed

Just a short while ago, LEGO’s Twitter account posted an image of the exclusive Pirate Batman minifigure that will be included in the LEGO DC Comics Character Encyclopedia. The minifigure is almost identical to the Batman that was in Justice League: Cosmic Clash movie.

You can now pre-order the book on Amazon and it will be released on April 5.

LEGO Marvel Super Heroes Captain America’s Motorcycle (30447) Polybag Revealed

There is now an image of the LEGO Marvel Super Heroes Captain America’s Motorcycle (30447) polybag which comes from instructions that were added today to LEGO’s servers. The polybag doesn’t look like it has any exclusive parts but you do get a Captain America minifigure and a motorcycle. No word yet on how the polybag can be obtained.
