LEGO Marvel X-Men vs. The Sentinel Set Found at Fred Meyer

May 16, 2014 / Allen "Tormentalous" Tran

LEGO Marvel X-Men vs. The Sentinel (76022)

I’ve received an email from a reader that the new LEGO Marvel Super Heroes X-Men vs. The Sentinel (76022) have shown up at a Fred Meyer store in Oregon. This also collaborates with a post from Brickpicker that another person found the set at their Fred Meyer. I believe the set along with the Guardians of the Galaxy sets are slated for a June 1st release so some of the sets might be popping up in stores a little early. The set contains 336 pieces and retails for $49.99 and includes Wolverine, Cyclops, Storm, Magneto, and a brick-built Sentinel. Thanks to Ben for the email.

Magneto is using his powers to control The Sentinel in an attempt to capture Wolverine. Fight back fiercely with Wolverine and the other X-Men, dodging the huge robot’s large laser-style weapon and rotating flick missiles. Swoop to the super hero’s aid with Storm and Cyclops in the iconic Blackbird jet, firing the flick missiles and the spring-loaded shooter. Free Wolverine from The Sentinel’s grabbing hands so he can rejoin the battle. Includes 4 minifigures with assorted accessories: Wolverine, Cyclops, Storm and Magneto, plus The Sentinel robot figure.

LEGO DC Super Heroes Martian Manhunter Giveaway Winner Announced

March 18, 2014 / Allen "Tormentalous" Tran

If you read my review of the LEGO DC Comics Super Heroes Martian Manhunter (5002126) minifigure a few weeks ago, you would’ve seen that we were doing a giveaway for one of these guys. As we have reported, this minifigure is no longer available for the LEGO Shop@Home promotion for both the US and Canada due to overwhelming demand not even two weeks into the month. We also stated that the Martian Manhunter could still be available in stores and a few people have emailed in saying their stores still had some.

Our giveaway has ended and the lucky person to get the polybag is Zack Thompson whose email entry was the winner. You have 5 business days to contact us on Facebook or email us at [email protected] with your info.

We are working on another giveaway for something totally different so stay tuned!
