LEGO Star Wars UCS Millennium Falcon (75192) Amazon Black Friday 2019 Sale

November 18, 2019 / Allen "Tormentalous" Tran

Amazon has released a press release with some of their Black Friday 2019 deals and as usual, there will be sales on LEGO but the big savings is for the LEGO Star Wars UCS Millennium Falcon (75192). They will have the set on sale for 40% off or a $320 discount and the final price of it will be $480. This is a hell of a deal if you’ve been thinking of picking it up and for this price, it’s a no-brainer. There’s no better deal than 40% off unless you’ve been hoarding up VIP points and redeeming the discounts. The sale starts this Friday, November 22 and it’ll randomly show up over on their Black Friday page. Thanks to saneps via Wario64 for the heads up.

LEGO 2019 Holiday Shopping Recommendations

November 17, 2019 / Allen "Tormentalous" Tran

The 2019 holiday shopping season is well underway and this is the perfect time to release my LEGO shopping recommendations for this year. This list features sets that were released this year and I’ve broken them down into categories that are separated into different price point groups. Many of the sets listed are currently on sale at various retailers. Note that these sets are my personal opinion and ones that I would personally choose for others.

LEGO Walmart Black Friday 2019 Deals

November 14, 2019 / Allen "Tormentalous" Tran

Walmart has released their Black Friday 2019 ad and they will have a couple of LEGO sets on deep discounts. From November 28-29, they will be selling the LEGO Classic Creative Fun (11005) and LEGO DUPLO Creative Fun (10887) for only $20 each which is half off the regular price. Obviously, you’re going to get your money’s worth with the Classic set with it having 900 pieces but the 120 piece DUPLO set is also a good deal especially if you’ve purchased DUPLO sets before and you know how pricey they are.

LEGO Star Wars Betrayal at Cloud City (75222) Amazon Sale – November 2019

November 14, 2019 / Allen "Tormentalous" Tran

The sale for the LEGO Star Wars Betrayal at Cloud City (75222) has now dipped to its lowest price the set has been on Amazon. It is currently priced at $266.94 which is $83.05 off or a cool 24%. This sale now makes the price per piece ratio dip just under the golden $0.10/piece ratio. I know many of you don’t really like the Master Builder Series playsets but it does include quite a few minifigures that are only found in this set. If you didn’t know, it is one of the sets that will be retiring at the end of the year.

LEGO Store Inventory Checker on Shop@Home

November 13, 2019 / Allen "Tormentalous" Tran

LEGO has quietly rolled out a cool new feature on LEGO Shop@Home in which you can check the inventory of a certain product at your nearest LEGO Brand Store. When you enter your address, you can find the nearest stores and it will tell you whether or not someting in stock. This makes it a bit easier if you’re planning on going to the LEGO Store and it saves you the frustration and gas when you find out they don’t have the item that you were going to get. Of course you can still call the store and ask them directly but it’s another option that you have.
