LEGO will be celebrating its 10th anniversary of the LEGO Creator Modular Buildings in 2017 there’s already rumors of what the next set could be. There’s no concrete details of it yet but word is that it is called the Assembly Square (10255) and will be available in January 2017 at 2,699 DKK which is about $300 if you take a set to compare it to.
Brickcon is this weekend and the convention has been known to announce some exclusive direct-to-consumer sets such as the Parisian Restaurant (10243) back in 2013 and the Santa’s Workshop (10245) in 2014. Who knows if LEGO will be announcing something this year at Brickcon but we can only hope.

For the 15th anniversary the set will be $500, for the 20th year the set will be $1000, and for the 25th year the set will be one arm and one leg.

LEGO does not unveil sets at conventions anymore. The set LEGO unveiled at BrickCon 2014 wasn’t Santa’s Workshop, it was the UCS Slave I.
