WOAH! Where did that First Order AT-ST come from? Were there images before now?
You mean half of an AT-ST then yes, it’s been around. LEGO doesn’t like showing it off because I think even they realize what a mess it is.
Well yeah, but you knew what I meant. Is that so? Well, then Lego has just sunk to a new low. I haven’t seen any pictures online, and I own the most recent catalog(no picture of the set). What gives?
My guess is it’s Disney’s fault. Disney gives LEGO a few basic pictures of the ships in the movie, LEGO makes the sets based on those having never seen the movie before hand. LEGO now sees the movie and realizes that the set is a joke so they don’t want anyone knowing it’s around.
It also happened with Episode 7 and Kyro’s ship with the messed up wings. It’s because the designers weren’t given the info they should have been given. The designers came out and said ‘next time we will make it better’. Disney is too secretive for their own good.
I laughed when I saw that set. It’s a funny moment in the movie. Kind of a weird set, I guess, but still funny.
To me they should have made it a $50 set and actually included a head that explodes off. Kind of like the joke Quadfighter…. Quad something set.
Something I noticed is that Toysrus.com has the UCS Millenium Falcon.
what about the DC sets???
