The official images of the LEGO BrickHeadz Seasonal Easter Bunny (40271) have been uploaded to LEGO’s servers. The set consists of 126 pieces and will retail for $9.99 each and you can find them starting on February 1 either at LEGO Brand Stores or on Shop@Home. Like with the Valentine’s Bee (40270), there will also be some smaller additional builds to go along with the Bunny BrickHeadz.

New piece for the stomach?
Probably not. I recently built Snoopy’s doghouse using a 1x4x1 arch brick over a 2×2 brick with curved top. This looks like the same trick.
lego 30165 is the part number, out since 1998
Ah. I hardly ever use that part as few sets I buy have had it. Neat trick.
I can’t really decide if this bunny looks ticked off at the world, or resigned to the inherent unfairness of the universe, but for sure it doesn’t look even close to being happy. I think the body posture kinda leans towards angry, while I’m just now realizing that the combination of white dots on the Brickheadz eye tile makes it look like it’s starting to tear up. Weird that I never got that vibe off of any previous Brickheadz (except Batman, because he’s got the unprinted glow tiles, so no hint of sadness there). Maybe it’s the posing on the ears that pushes it over the edge.
