One of the new LEGO BrickHeadz sets that will be coming in 2023 is the LEGO Star Wars Tusken Raider (40615). The sest has 152 pieces and will retail for $9.99 on January 1.
The box contains three unnumbered bags, a loose 6×6 baseplate, and the instructions. Pretty standard for the single character BrickHeadz.
The build starts with the Tusken Raider torso and it surprisingly has a lot of little details on it including six printed tiles for the pouches. Below its face on the front is a rebreather which is used to trap moisture to help them breathe.
Around the head, there’s some dark tan wrapping that go around it with some curved bricks to give it definition. The face is very simple using some tubes for the eyes and a mask to cover the mouth right above the rebreather.
The sides of it are a little more boring as you have some tan pieces for the hands. It is able to hold a brick-built gaffi stick on either hand.
The back is a little more detailed with a belt and a spot to hold a rifle.
Overall, the LEGO BrickHeadz Tusken Raider (40615) is a decent model. The most details are in the front and I can imagine building a whole army of them and customizing them to look different.
Thank you to LEGO for sending in this set for me to review. The content above represents my own opinion and not the company. Review sets sent in does not guarantee a positive review.
