I’ve been saying for YEARS that they should just release a set with a Green Lantern Minifigure and a pile of green and trans-green bricks. Looks like this is the closest we’re gonna get.
From the pics:
Disappointed to see John doesn’t come with dual molded legs, the black printing only on the front looks weird when looking at him from the side. I will swap the legs with just all black and see what that looks like.
Out of the builds, I like the police lab and bank vault the best, may actually try to build them sometime.
Hopefully there are some other decent builds shown in this book.
To Lorbaat: I think they should either do an Oa set with Guardians of the Universe and GL Corps minifigs or just do a GL Corps battle pack and stuff a lot of trans-green pieces in either of those sets.
AI I would love a green lantern battle pack. I think it wold be cool to get a battle pack from each color for a giant war.
No! What happened to GL’s beard?! :'(
Why couldn’t they have made the bearded version?!
I know I’m not really a part of the target audience for this book, but I’m having a hard time understanding the appeal of the book. If you don’t have the right kinds of pieces sitting in a box, this will only take you so far, correct? On the other side…I’d be really happy to add John Stewart to my Justice League collection. I like how he looks. It’s a really “classic GL” look.
