For those who live near LEGOLAND, there’s an exclusive LEGO set that may be coming out soon that you may be interested in. Brickset has uploaded an image of the LEGOLAND Castle (40306) which features a model that is probably based on the LEGOLAND Castle Hotel. Ollie also makes an appearance as it pokes out on one side of the building. The set has 220 pieces and will most likely retail for $9.99 at the shops at LEGOLAND parks at the beginning of the year. It most likely won’t be available on Shop@Home but some LEGO Brand Stores that are near a park like in San Diego may carry it.

What a smashing little set! I wish I lived near legoland – although my wife says our house is legoland. I can’t imagine what she means!
So UTC and Fashion valley Mall, will have it? Awesome!
There’s no guarantee. I know that Fashion Valley has the LEGOLAND Train so it’s possible that they might get this one in the future.
Do the LEGOLAND Discovery Centers sell these type of sets or is it just limited to the Parks?
Is that Ollie for sure, or could it be Brickley instead? There’s so much inconsistency to their head designs that you really need a significant chunk of the body to be visible to know for sure, it seems. I know with the VIP set, a lot of people thought that was Brickley, but I felt the wings and a few other design aspects pointed more towards Ollie. Here, the tufts on the side of the head might indicate the opposite.
