There are some more LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2018 news regarding some of the upcoming movie tie-in sets. According to Sir von Lego on Eurobricks, we will be getting two Black Panther sets and a whopping six for Avengers: Infinity War.
We’ve already seen a Black Panther minifigure from the Black Panther Pursuit (76047) from Civil War last year so hopefully we’ll see an updated outfit. We’ll also most likely see a Erik Killmonger minifigure and one for Ulysses Klaue as well.
As for the LEGO Marvel Super Heroes Infinity War sets, I’m surprised there are that many that tie-in sets. Considering there are a plethora of characters in the movie, I’m sure they will be spread out into all the sets with hopefully no duplicates. Also, since there are six Infinity Gems/Stones, I’m hoping one is included in every set which makes sense.
What are you looking forward to seeing in the LEGO Black Panther and Infinity Wars sets? Let us know in the comments below.

It doesn’t surprise me there are that many. Lego is probably running out of ideas to what to make in the Super Hero line that isn’t based on a movie. DC has Batman, Batman, Batman and the DC TV shows to draw from. Less and less seems to be based on a certain comic book.
Marvel has been doing some from their ANAD run. DC has several interesting non-movie sets coming out next year. Marvel has always had like 4-6 Avengers movie sets and still manage to do some comic book sets every year.
I’m sure there will be some comic Marvel sets next year too, just not as many. I’m just saying I’m not as shocked as Allen is over having so many sets for one movie.
I have been waiting for a great classic Thor set from Lego for a long time. Like 60’s comic book Thor, with the winged helmet and tiger stripe boots. I would also love a large lego Asgard set, even if it is based on the movie versions. And that is just one character. Seems like there should be lots of material from the years of Marvel comics to make sets from. So not sure why Lego doesn’t do more.
LEGO makes what sells. Why design sets when you can just recolor a jeep and throw in an exclusive minifigure character for $30?
Hi
There are a lot of really great non movie based sets e.g. Spider-Man Brooklyn bridge play set, the captain America & Ms Marv set, the Hulk set with she hulk and red hulk, the ghost rider set etc
I’d like to see a Cap minifigure who has an angry face.
I’ve only just noticed that we don’t have that… Now my display of Cap fighting Stark looks a tad bit stupid…
Age of ultron had 6 sets too
