There is now a set description for the upcoming LEGO Marvel Super Heroes Doctor Strange’s Sanctum Sanctorum (76060) on [email protected]icon. We now know the minifigures that will be included in the set which are Doctor Strange, Baron Karl Mordo, and The Ancient One. The description also mentions the portal beast being in the set which could be Shuma Gorath but it doesn’t directly say.

Although there is an image of the instructions booklet for the set, I would rather wait until the official images come out later to post them. Thanks to Troy for the heads up.
