We’re less than a week away now from Christmas and we’re continuing on with the LEGO Star Wars 2015 Advent Calendar (75097).
On Day 19, the Hoth theme’s latest addition is the Ion Cannon. This weapon was used on the Battle of Hoth to clear a way for escaping transports. This mini model of it looks pretty spot on. It uses some ball joints for the cannon which allows it to rotate in various directions.
Here’s a hint on next year’s Assault on Hoth (75098) set. There will be a larger Ion Cannon that will be in the set so keep your eyes peeled for that in the following months.
