Turtle Power To The Max!
I am flat-out salivating over the turtle layer. This is basically what dol goldur should have roughly looked like, instead of being all flat and boring and stuff… The other two are repulsive. With the big rig you at least get that fun-looking car, and that repainted bob cut will brighten up a few cyberpunk and post-apocalyptic MOCs, but I know I’ll personally be skipping over it. And the “turtle van”… What is that? What IS that monstrosity? I’ve had a sinking feeling in the pit of my stomach ever since Lego first released olive green, and this has confirmed all but the worst of my nightmares. It looks like Megablocks. Someone tell me that in the time since I’ve looked with any interest at Megablocks (and it’s been a while, I’ll give you that) they’ve sunk even lower than I remember, but this ugly, bland, shameful little car looks like Megablocks. I wasn’t going to see the movie anyway, but if this is what Bay’s made of the turtle van…
At least, one out of three takes my breath away. In baseball, that’s pretty good, right?
