If you’ve been rushing to promote your project on LEGO CUUSOO in time for the Spring deadline, there’s good news. The CUUSOO Team made a mistake and has moved the deadline back a month for the next review to March 4th. This is because there are three months and the original February deadline would not have allowed users enough time for their projects to qualify. Subsequent deadlines after the March Spring Review will not be changing. All the current top supported projects will now have a better chance to get the necessary 10000 supporters for their projects. Read more about this change on the LEGO CUUSOO blog.

The set has 339 pieces and retails for $39.99, which is $0.12/piece. The box contains two instruction booklets and has three minifigures: Equila, Eglor and, Wilhurt. Make sure to subscribe to YCF because once they hit 3000 subscribers, they will be giving this set away to a lucky fan. Check out the details of the Ultra Striker in their video below.

Along with the Arctic Batman vs Mr. Freeze Aquaman on Ice (76000), the Spiderman: Spider-Cycle Chase (76004) is the other sub-$20 set in the 2013 Super Heroes line. It contains 237 pieces and retails for $19.99, a very good $0.08/piece. The box contains three numbered bags, one instruction booklet, and one small comic book.

The Series 9 LEGO Collectible Minifigures (71000) were officially released in January 2013. Like all the previous series, there are 16 minifigures in the set. They come in grey packaging and retails for $2.99 each. When the minfigures were shown in teaser images by LEGO last year, I was really excited for the Series 9 minifigures to be released.

With the final set of the Winter wave of LEGO Ninjago, YourCreativeFriends has reviewed Cole’s Earth Driller (70502). The set contains 171 pieces and retails for $19.99, a $0.12/piece ratio. The set has two minifigures: Cole wearing a kimono and a Stone Swordsman. The Earth Driller itself is pretty sleek looking. Take a look at YCF’s video below to see more details of the set and don’t forget to subscribe to see more of their videos.

eBay seller, lego*dudes, has been releasing some minifigures of unreleased LEGO sets last year and they’re back with another one. In this listing, they are selling a War Machine minifigure possibly from one of the Iron Man 3 sets that will be coming out later this year. The minifigure’s helmet looks similar to Iron Man’s from last year except that it’s grey. The torso and legs have some very nice printing. If this is the real War Machine minifigure, will you be excited to get the set(s) that he’ll be in?

Today, the LEGO Star Wars The Yoda Chronicles released their first episode on the Star Wars minisite. It begins by showing Yoda, Pong Krell, and Ahsoka Tano fighting off a Droid ambush. They are then saved by an AT-RT and the Z-95 Headhunter. At the end, it shows an Umbaran MHC arriving. Will it be a friend or a foe? The short video does not have any voicing as of yet but that might change in later episodes. So far it seems to be a promotion of the latest Star Wars sets more than anything. Let’s hope there’s more to The Yoda Chronicles than what we saw.
