The LEGO Super Mario theme will be continuing with the main theme as LEGO has revealed a new set with Larry’s and Morton’s Airships (71427). The set has 1,062 and retails for $79.99. It releases on August 1 but you can pre-order it today.

Take the LEGO® Super Mario™ action into the skies with Larry’s and Morton’s Airships Expansion Set (71427). It features brick-built versions of these 2 Koopalings’ airships. Place LEGO® Mario™, LEGO® Luigi™ or LEGO® Peach™ (figures not included) in the cockpits and ‘fly’ the airships to activate sound effects and fight a virtual cannon battle. Morton’s airship can also be opened up to create a battle zone in a LEGO Super Mario level. Note: the 71360, 71387 or 71403 Starter Course is required for interactive play.

The Flying Scotsman – LNER Class A3 4472 4-6-2 Pacific Steam Locomotive by LOCOBUILDERBEAR1 is the latest project to achieve 10,000 supporters on LEGO Ideas. The 2,339 piece set features a replica of the real train and can run on official LEGO tracks using Power Functions.

July is now here and LEGO has just released a small number new sets on the LEGO Shop, some of which are very popular according to early reactions. As far as LEGO July 2023 promotions are concerned, the LEGO Disney 100 Years Celebration (40600) is the only one that is going on and you can it from July 1-9 with purchases of $100 on LEGO Disney products. One thing to note is that the Disney Hocus Pocus – The Sanderson Sisters’ Cottage (21341) does trigger the promotion so that’s a huge plus for those who were wondering. LEGO Icons Corvette (10321) Officially Announced

LEGO has officially revealed a brand new LEGO Icons set with the classic Corvette (10321). Releasing on August 1, the set has 1,210 pieces and retails for $149.99. We don’t have much information on the set but we can see that the car can have the standard convertible version or can have the hardtop. The hood and the trunk can open up to reveal more details. It also has interchangeable license plates for Michigan and California.
