LEGO Ideas Gothic Castle Archived – No Longer Considered for First 2023 Review Stage

A week ago, the Gothic Castle reached the 10k goal on LEGO Ideas but it won’t be included in the first 2023 review stage. Yesterday, LEGO posted a comment on the project page stating that the submission has been archived due to reasons communicated with Ponyraptor and the project will no longer be considered. Unless, Ponyraptor comes out and says why the project got archived, we probably don’t know why but we can always speculate.

Dear Ponyraptor,

Firstly, thank you for building and submitting your very well-done Gothic Castle.

Unfortunately, for private reasons communicated to you directly, we have had to archive your submission and no longer consider it further.

We’re sorry to be the bearers of this disappointing news.
