LEGO Ideas Antique Cash Register Achieves 10,000 Supporters

The Antique Cash Register by dimexart is the latest project to achieve 10,000 supporters on LEGO Ideas. The 2,565 piece build features a replica National Cash Register Model 452 that was first used back in the 19th century.

LEGO Friends Olivia’s Space Academy (41713) Revealed

LEGO has revealed a brand new LEGO Friends set with Olivia’s Space Academy (41713). In another set that is collaborating with NASA, similar to LEGO City, the mission control station gives it a Friends take with the colors that we’re used to seeing from the theme. There’s no details on the pricing for the 757 piece set but it will be available on May 1.

Boldly go where no kid has gone before! Join Olivia as her dreams come true and she gains entry to the Space Academy. Thanks to all her hard work she’s earned a place in the Academy where she can train to be an astronaut! Learn about space travel in the high-tech academy building. Go for a spin in the multi-axis trainer. Take the helm in mission control and monitor the Space Shuttle’s progress.

LEGO Galidor 20th Anniversary Theme Announced

LEGO has announced that they will be celebrating the 20th anniversary of the Galidor theme with a new line coming later this year. The short-lived theme was introduced in 2002 with a TV series as well as a small line of sets that went along with it. If you weren’t familiar with Galidor, it centered around the adventures of Nicholas Bluetooth and Allegra Zane who were warped into the world of Galidor which was being taken over by Gorm.

The Galidor 20th anniversary line will reintroduce the action figure line complete with the limb switching functionality which was the core mechanic of the original line. This time, the theme will be the first line to be completely produced with the sustainable, plant-based bricks. Also included will be minifigure versions of the characters which is new since the original line didn’t have that.

[1st April, UK] The LEGO Group has today announced seven brand new sets from the world of Galidor to celebrate the 20th anniversary. LEGO April 2022 Sets Now Available on LEGO Shop

The LEGO April 2022 sets are now available for purchase on the LEGO Shop. Below is a guide of all the sets that you can now buy including the highly anticipated LEGO Back to the Future Time Machine (10300) which I expect to sell out very quickly. Remember to use Rakuten to earn some money back from your purchases.

For the April promotions, there are some Easter ones that have been going for a few days which include the LEGO Seasonal Easter Chicks (40527) with purchases of $65 or more. The other one is the LEGO Creator Easter Bunny (30583) with LEGO Stores with purchases of $40. Both of these promos will run until April 16.

Lastly, we have the LEGO Vintage Taxi (40532) with purchases of any of the current Modular Building including the Assembly Square (10255), Bookshop (10270), Police Station (10278), and Boutique Hotel (10297) until April 7.

LEGO Star Wars Republic Fighter Tank (75342) Officially Revealed

Earlier today, LEGO officially revealed the new LEGO Star Wars Republic Fighter Tank (75342) which we first saw a glimpse of a few days ago. The set will have 262 pieces and will retail for $39.99. It will be released on April 26 but you can actually pre-order the set today and it will include minifigures of Mace Windu, 187th Legion Clone Commander, two 187th Legion Clone Troopers, and two Battle Droids.

LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga Deluxe Edition to be Available on LEGO Shop

If you weren’t able to pre-order LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga Deluxe Edition before the cutoffs a few months ago, it looks like the LEGO Shop will have them available on the April 5 release date. They will have it for the PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, XBox One, and Nintendo Switch. The Deluxe Edition will include the Character Collection DLCs as well as the Luke Skywalker with Blue Milk (30625) minifigure polybag.

It features a number of memorable Dark Side scenes from the movies and while dropping in some LEGO humor, one of which is being able to play as Ben Swolo.
