LEGO Ideas The Great Fishing Boat Achieves 10,000 Supporters

The Great Fishing Boat by EdouardClo is the latest project to achieve 10,000 supporters on LEGO Ideas. Some of the features include a nice color scheme with two masts and a cabin in the middle. The project also proposes four minifigures, the captain and three sailors.

The project joins Mary Poppins, Cherry Tree Lane, Tesla Cybertruck, Untitled Goose Game, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, The Train Station: Studgate, SpaceX Falcon 9 (Saturn V Scale), Mini-fig Scale Project Gemini, Retro Bowling Alley, Indiana Jones Trilogy, Bricks & Blooms, and Sonic Mania – Green Hill Zone as the projects to reach the First 2020 Review Stage.

LEGO Build-a-Minifigure Tower Temporarily Unavailable

It looks like the Coronavirus situation has been affecting things more and more by each day and the latest one is at LEGO Stores here in the US. As you can see from the image above, the LEGO Build-a-Minifigure tower has been cleared out completely. This was at the Las Vegas location but I think all locations across the world will be doing the same thing soon.

If you saw some of my previous posts, LEGO has been doing a lot to help with the situation. First they have temporarily closed the LEGO House for few weeks, possibly longer, and they have also turned off Bricks & Pieces for ordering to keep workers who pick the parts safe. LEGO has also instructed some employees to work from home as well. In the LEGO fan community, many events have been cancelled or moved to a different date so far.

Thanks to Barry for the heads up.

LEGO has had an affinity with European vehicles and the Fiat 500 is the latest addition to the lineup. The set has 960 pieces and retails for a modest $89.99. The content of the box include nine bags numbered to three, a bagged sunroof, and the instruction booklet along with the stickers.
