LEGO Store Inventory Checker on Shop@Home

LEGO has quietly rolled out a cool new feature on LEGO Shop@Home in which you can check the inventory of a certain product at your nearest LEGO Brand Store. When you enter your address, you can find the nearest stores and it will tell you whether or not someting in stock. This makes it a bit easier if you’re planning on going to the LEGO Store and it saves you the frustration and gas when you find out they don’t have the item that you were going to get. Of course you can still call the store and ask them directly but it’s another option that you have.

LEGO Star Wars Miniland Leaving LEGOLAND California in January

Today, LEGOLAND California has announced that the LEGO Star Wars Miniland will be going away next year. For the past 8 years, fans have been able to enjoy some of memorable scenes from the Star Wars Saga which a scene from each of the seven Star Wars movies that are replicated in a 1:20 scale. The last day to see it will be on January 6, 2020 so as of this writing, you have 53 days left until it goes away forever. There’s no word at this time on what will be replacing LEGO Star Wars Miniland.

Carlsbad, CA (November 13, 2019) Come seek the Force at the LEGO® Star Wars™ Miniland model display at LEGOLAND as we say goodbye! For 8 years, millions of LEGOLAND guests around the world have enjoyed experiencing the iconic saga by seeing scenes from each of the seven live-action STAR WARS™ movies replicated in 1:20 scale using more than 1.5 million LEGO bricks.

“Since opening in 2011 with additions made year after year, the LEGO® Star Wars™ Miniland model display has been popular for children and their parents,” said LEGOLAND® California Resort General Manager Peter Ronchetti. “We are thrilled we were able to bring this generational experience to our guests and hope those who have yet to see it, or want to revisit with their friends, will come experience LEGO®Star Wars™ Miniland before it leaves us in January and before we prepare to build new memorable experiences for guests.”

LEGO Speed Champions Lamborghini Huracán Super Trofeo EVO & Urus ST-X (76899) Official Images

Last month, LEGO announced a brand new 2020 LEGO Speed Champions set with the Lamborghini Huracán Super Trofeo EVO & Urus ST-X (76899) and there are now official images of it on their servers. Again we get to see the new 8 wide style of these cars that some fans may or may not be into. Since the official images are now on the servers, the release of them could be very soon.

Three New Members Added to LEGO Certified Professional Program

LEGO on the LEGO Ambassador Network has announced they have added three new Certified Professionals to the LCP Program. LEGO has added Graeme (Dymond Bricks), Wei Wei (Playable Design), and Balazs DÓCZY BALÁZS EV) from the Entry Program to the LCP Program. There are now 20 LCPs who are independant builders that are not LEGO employees but are officially recognized by LEGO and work closely with the company as business partners. For those who have younger children, here’s a sale that you may be interested in. The LEGO DUPLO World Animals (10907) is currently on sale for $60.94 which is 39% off the regular price of $99.99. It’s hard to justify purchasing at the original price due to the big animal molds but this sale makes it a bit better. You do get a lot of animals in this set including an adult and baby giraffe, adult and baby lion, adult and baby panda, adult and baby deer, adult and baby whale, penguin, toucan, fish, rabbit, and a squirrel.
