If you’ve been holding out for a sale on the LEGO Star Wars Kessel Run Millennium Falcon (75212), Amazon currently has it on sale for $118.67. The only catch is that it uses Frustration-Free Packaging. Most of the time, it means that Amazon ships it in bigger box but sometimes they also might just slap the shipping label right on the LEGO box but at about 30% off, I say it’s well worth it. As of this writing, there’s also two left in stock of the standard packaging at 21% off.
Continuing with my reviews of The LEGO Movie 2: The Second Part polybags, the next one I’ll be looking at is the Mini Master-Building Emmet (30529). It has 49 pieces and retails for $3.99 and I found mine at Target near the checkout lanes.
Amazon currently has the LEGO Speed Champions 1967 Mini Cooper S Rally and 2018 MINI John Cooper Works Buggy (75894) on sale for $39.99 which is 20% off the regular price. This is one of the new 2019 sets for the line and this sale price makes it a more attractive deal than the normal price. Amazon also has some of the older Speed Champions on sale as well.
BrickMerge.de has the listed the official images of the next LEGO Seasonal BrickHeadz set with the Chick (40350). The set is for Easter and it will be available starting in March for $9.99 at LEGO Stores and on Shop@Home. I do prefer the look of this BrickHeadz than to the Easter Chick from a few years ago. After this one, there is only two more Seasonal BrickHeadz with the Halloween Ghost (40351) and Christmas Reindeer, Elf, and Elfie (40353).
While we won’t be getting the Asia region exclusive LEGO sets here in the US, we will be getting at least one set to celebrate the 2019 Lunar New Year with the LEGO Seasonal BrickHeadz Dragon Dance Guy (40354). It has 170 pieces and retails for only $9.99. The contents of the box include three unnumbered bags and the instructions.
Today is the last day to get your orders in for the “Choose Your Gift” promotion on LEGO Shop@Home. With a $25 purchase, you can either choose between the LEGO City Fire ATV (30361) or LEGO Friends Club House Pod (5005236). Use code ATV1 or POD 1 at checkout to add the polybags to your cart. I’m not sure if LEGO will continue using this type of promotion in the future so this month was a good test to see if it was successful or not.
Here’s a little obscure item that you may not have known about for The LEGO Movie 2. If you have Sweet Mayhem’s Systar Starship (70830), you would know that the ship is able to dispense some stickers but what happens when you run out? Target is currently selling a replacement sticker roll for it for $2.99 each. Each roll comes with 36 stickers and it looks like it’s the same ones that you get with the set. Of course you don’t have to use it with Sweet Mayhem’s Starship but it’s nice to know there’s some replacement stickers readily available in case you do run out.
