LEGO DC Super Villains Video Game All Characters Revealed

LEGO DC Super Villains Character Grid

The LEGO DC Super Villains video game releases in a few short weeks and earlier today, Arthur Parsons did a livestream at EGX and he has “accidentally” revealed the all the playable characters in the base game. It took me a while to compile this list of character names with the help of some friends and below is what we came up with. Some of the character we guessed on so we know they could be incorrect. Let us know if you see any errors and I’ll fix them later.

Remember that the Deluxe Edition of the game will also have the Season Pass which includes the DC Super-Villains: TV Series DLC Character Pack along with the Justice League Dark DLC Character Pack. Also included is the exclusive LEGO Lex Luthor Superman minifigure.

Stack-On DS-60 Storage Cabinet Sale on Amazon

If you’re looking for a storage solution for your LEGO elements, Amazon currently has a sale on the Stack-On DS-60 which is the 60 drawer storage cabinet. It is going $26.39 which is 19% off the normal and it hasn’t been at this price since May so it’s fairly hard to find it on sale under $30. I want to also mention that the Akro-Mils cabinets are also on sale but the deals aren’t as good as the one for the Stack-On.

LEGO Ideas Dinosaurs Fossils Skeletons – Natural History Collection Achieves 10,000 Supporters

The Dinosaurs Fossils Skeletons – Natural History Collection by Mukkinn is the latest project to achieve 10,000 supporters on LEGO Ideas. The project features some skeletons similar to what you would find in a museum and some of the dinosaurs include Triceratops, Stegosaurus, Dilophosaurus, Brachiosaurus, and Plesiosaurus. The project is the first one to reach the Third 2018 Review Stage.

LEGO Opening Pop-Up LEGO Brand Stores

Pop-Up LEGO Brand Store

LEGO has announced on the LEGO Ambassador Network blog that the company will be testing some new pop-up LEGO Brand Stores in select locations. The first one has opened up at The Shoppes at Buckland Hills in Manchester, Connecticut.

The pop-up LEGO Stores will be somewhat similar to a standard LEGO Brand Store but the main difference is the layout. Some of them will have products sorted by age and the rest will be sorted by price. There are also some other differences which I have listed below from the press release post.

Pop-Up LEGO Brand Store

A reason for LEGO opening up pop-up shops is that it gives kids and adults a chance to enjoy some of the fun experiences that they would’ve gotten from other stores like Toys R Us. Obviously, we don’t have TRU stores here in the US anymore so reaching out to that market is a great opportunity for LEGO and consumers to interact with each other.

Pop-Up LEGO Brand Store

LEGO is currently testing out the pop-up store experience and if this plan is successful, the LEGO Retail team will have opportunies to open more up in cities that don’t have a LEGO Brand Store near them. Other locations for the LEGO pop-up stores are listed below. LEGO will be asking for feedback so please let them know how you feel about them.

LEGO Ideas Old Fishing House (21310) Amazon Sale

It’s another day and another deal to tell you guys about. The LEGO Ideas Old Fishing House (21310) is currently on sale for $129.99 which is 13% off the retail price of $149.99. The set was released a year ago and as more LEGO Ideas sets are released, the older sets get retired to make more room for the newer ones. As I stated in my review, it is one of the most realistic sets that LEGO has released.

If you’re still looking for good LEGO deals, the LEGO Creator Brick Bank (10251) is still on sale as of this writing. Now is a great time to pick these sets up as we get closer to the holiday season and retailers start to clear out their inventory.

LEGO Named 2018 Most Reputable Company in EU5 Countries

The Reputation Institute has done a recent survey and has announced that LEGO is the most reputable company in 2018 across the EU5 countries. Topping the E5 RepTrak rankings which include Germany, France, Spain, Italy, and the UK, LEGO was named the company with the best reputation overall over other companies such as Bosch, Rolex, Sony, and Samsung. One of the main reasons why LEGO has named the most reputable company in the EU5 was its commitment to building a strong corporate brand and investment in corporate social responsibility. You can read more about the survey in the link above.
