LEGO Legends of Chima Iceklaw’s Mech Polybag (30256) Found

LEGO Legends of Chima Iceklaw's Mech (30256)

There is another 2015 LEGO polybag that has shown up on LEGO’s servers and this one is from LEGO Legends of Chima called Iceklaw’s Mech (30256). The Ice Bear tribe is a new tribe being introduced in next year’s sets and it looks like Iceklaw will be exclusive to the polybag so far. The polybag itself contains 39 pieces and features a cool looking mech. There’s no word on how it will be distributed at this time. We’ll let you know if it starts to show up in stores.

Update: People have been commenting that they are available at Target for $3.99 each.

LEGO Legends of Chima 2015 Set Vultrix’s Sky Scavenger (70228) Found

LEGO Legends of Chima Vultrix's Sky Scavenger (70228)

Ghostmind on Eurobricks has found a fourth retailer exclusive 2015 LEGO Legends of Chima set, Vultrix’s Sky Scavenger (70228), which was found on a product listing on Toys R Us Japan. The set does include a new exclusive Vultrix minifigure while the Vardy and Frax has been seen in previous sets. There are 480 pieces to the set and is priced at 4,499 yen which is about $38 here. I would guess the set will retail between $39.99 to $49.99, most likely on the higher end. Legneds of Chima seems to be continuing strong in 2015 with a lot more Fire vs. Ice sets as well as some new Tribe Battle Packs to grow your army.

Topps LEGO Legends of Chima Sticker Album

There’s some very interesting news coming out from across the pond by our friends at Brick Fanatics. It looks like LEGO has teamed up with collectible sports card company Topps to bring you a brand new LEGO Legends of Chima Sticker Album. Topps not only does sports cards, but they also do various collectible cards and this new item may get be back into collecting again. When I was younger, I remember collecting the WWF Superstars Sticker Album
and being happy to find my favorite wrestlers.

The LEGO Legends of Chima Sticker Album features 244 stickers including 64 foiled stickers filled with your favorite characters and learn about the history of Chima while filling up your collection. After searching for more info on the interwebs, it looks like the sticker album will have 48 pages and each pack will consist of 5 stickers.

It was noted that it will be in stores overseas on Novmeber 20 but there’s no word yet on whether or not the LEGO Legends of Chima Sticker Album will be released here in the States. Hopefully Topps will release it here and kids as well as adults can collect and trade their un-needed stickers to fill up their albums. Hearing this news sort of brings back a nostalgic feeling from when I was younger. Anyone else feel the same way?

LEGO Legends of Chima Gorzan’s Walker (30262) Available at Toys R Us X-Mas Section

The LEGO Legends of Chima Gorzan’s Walker Polybag (30262) is now available again at Toys R us in the front Christmas section of the store. It was first released here in the US during in the summer but now it’s back again. The polybag retails for $3.99 each and contains 34 pieces. Gorzan’s Walker is a good set for you to build up an army of Gorillas for whatever reason and it also makes a good stocking stuffer.

LEGO Legends of Chima Frax’s Phoenix Flyer (30264) Polybag Available at Target

Target stores are in the process of setting up their Christmas section and every year they have different LEGO polybags for stocking stuffers. For this year, one of these polybags is the LEGO Legends of Chima Frax’s Phoenix Flyer (30264).

This polybag was offered as freebies over in the UK and in Europe earlier this year but now we have a chance to purchase it here in the US. ~~There’s no word on pricing at this time but I’ll update this post when I have details.~~ Frax’s Phoenix Flyer (30264) will go for $3.99 each.

The LEGO 2015 set images marathon continues today with Just2Good revealing the new wave of LEGO Legends of Chima sets for next year. The theme continues with the Fire vs. Ice storyline and it also includes some new tribes such as Bears, Beavers, Ice Bears, and Tigers.
