At the Time to Play Holiday Showcase in New York City, LEGO has officially announced a direct-to-consumer set for The LEGO Batman Movie with The Joker Manor (70922). It consists of 3,444 pieces and will retail for $269.99. It will be available on Black Friday, November 24 at LEGO Brand Stores and on Shop@Home. There will be no VIP Early Access for this set.
The set was featured in the movie after the Joker took over Wayne Manor after he broke out of Arkham Asylum. What’s neat about it is that it includes a functional roller coaster that goes around the mansion. Check out the official press release and images below.

Wow! A little too over-the-top (and expensive) for my LEGO town, but it’s very cool. Also gives me hope that we’ll get a proper roller coaster for the amusement park some day. I know there’s a Friends roller coaster, but I’m talking about a Creator one.
Im pretty certain the next creator ride will be a rollercoaster. FOUR new track moulds along with a dedicated train car mould! They wont make FIVE new moulds for one set!
while it is a cool set it really doesn’t say to me: ”look at me! i’m a cool set and i’m worth my price”
and as always with expensive lego sets (and i’m getting really sick of this crap) a super-ultra-premium amount of stickers.
definitely a no-buy for me
I’m officially glad I didn’t buy the UCS Falcon. At $269 for more than 3400 pieces, PLUS THE ROLLER COASTER, this set is my must have.
I think THE ROLLER COASTER is included in the 3400 pieces. 😉
Unless the tracks themselves number 44 pieces. 🙂
This is so much cooler than the UCS falcon.
Holy carp. What can I sell to afford this.
very cool… hopefully they have enough stock to meet demand 😛 note to TLG – Read: HOPEFULLY THEY HAVE ENOUGH STOCK TO MEET DEMAND!!!
Thanks to VIP points, this set will cost me a lot less than the list price. YAY!! =)
There’s a box of Wilde Style’s stuff in the attic. Classic.
More sets 99% of the LEGO fanbase can’t afford! Hell yeah!!!
I’d like to point out that for $810 you get over 10,000 pieces and 30, almost all, exclusive minifigures; if you buy three of them.
Much better deal / design than the Falcon.
And the train cart is brand new too! So FIVE new moulds! Deffo getting a rollercoaster next summer!
Does one of the track pieces already exist? Because I’m counting five track types (across the front, from l-r: 1) Curve; 2) level; 3) gentle rise; 4) Steep Rise Top; 5) Steep Rise Bottom)
I am actually considering getting this just so I can take off the joker parts and have Wayne manor…
I probably won’t, though, because of how many other things have piled up on my want list.
Lots of HATERAIDE getting sprayed on the UCS Falcon in this thread…. all from people whom couldn’t, for whatever reason, get one.
HATERAID.
Boy it is tempting to get two, if I can afford it by selling other Lego older sets I don’t need, and try to make Wayne Manor out of the second. Otherwise I feel I need to add the Batman elements like the movie theater, and recording studio to the Wayne Manor part of the ’66 Batman set.
This set is awesome:) Here’s the full pictures preview video:

damn you LEGO just as im selling over 3 quarters of my sets to make room you have to announce this well I may have to buy you since ill really really regret it if I dont
My best friend, my best friend.
And friends are family.
there’s already pictures of the Lepin bootleg for this set. which they put out before LEGO even announced the set.
I assume the legal battle against them hasn’t made any difference.
This is AWESOME! I wish they’d released a designer video along with this but i’m not seeing one.
